Exceptional week away from our usual North Carolina vacation location

We found everyone to be friendly and helpful with the exception of one of the young lifeguards who did not know how to react when I told her that there was an unaccompanied young boy (maybe 9 or 10) in the hot tub/spa. Her answer to me was that "there are no lifeguards in there". I reminded her that he should not have been in there alone and I think someone else told another lifeguard who handled the situation

The 2 homes we rented over the last two years were great and we loved the community

Everyone was responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely time vacationing with our parents who are 95 and 90. They were able to stay on the first floor master suite and each sibling couple had access to their own facilities. Televisions in each bedroom was a plus along with outdoor patio and grill. There was room to accommodate sit down dinners, paint & sip, and coffee and drink bar.

Excellent. We love Steve. He was very kind and professional and very helpful.

Steve and Beth were extremely helpful with any questions I had. I did call the management number on the first day to report that we didn't have a recycle bin in the garage, but got no response.

We had a lovely family vacation. My only criticism is that I would have liked a regular table outside where we could have dinner. The firepit table was useless.

Audrey was extremely responsive while at the rental as was Jane with any pre-rental questions.

House was fantastic. Loved the clubhouse with the grills. Ping pong equipment worn out and needs to be replaced.

Great so much better than dealing with VRBO or Vacassa This is the first year I used a realtor and from now on thats all Ill use.

My sons their wives and our grandchildren enjoyed our stay. Also at the pool met someone who was a permanent resident. She also helped with information about things in area

Everything was great and as AirBNB owners ourselves, we really appreciate certain things like a well maintained, clean, well decorated and updated property. The management team is also second to none, very well done and great communication throughout the process from start to finish.

Thank you for helping to make our stay as awesome and seamless as it could be. We made many memories and just had the greatest time. This was our second time staying in the Bayside community and we're already looking forward to next year. My niece suggested we stay for a month next time LOL. Everyone really had a great time and experience, the community and location is very impressive and we hope to make this an annual vacation for years to come and potentially become owners one day, God willing! Desk staff was great.

I would recommend this to a friend who isn't a beach person. There are several beaches around the area, but we had to take two cars.
