This is an awesome property if you are looking for a vacation rental in the Lewes area This should be your number one choice The property is only a few years old and is immaculately maintained.

This place is exquisite. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. Pots, pans, utensils, and a nice size pantry! Just looking at the kitchen blew my breath away. You can tell the homeowners really take care of this place. The master bedroom and shower are absolute incredible. The walk-in shower has 2 showerheads and jets. Talk about paradise! Now to my favorite part of this home. The basement. It's equipped with everything you could imagine. Air hockey, ping pong, foosball, pool table, a card table, juke box (HELLO 80s babies!), a bar, a bedroom, and a nice sitting area with a big tv. This is one of the best homes I've stayed in.

We contacted Steve and crew one time during our stay for an issue that was minor. The call was returned in under five minutes, and issue was resolved within the hour. The house exceeded our expectations.

I had the pleasure of staying at 187 October Glory Ave a month or so ago. The home is magnificent, beautifully decorated and furnished. I can honestly say the home had everything we needed to stay comfortably for a long autumn weekend. The home is in a lovely neighborhood, a great place to walk and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby so there are many options for entertainment as well. Be sure to check it out; you won't be disappointed.

Location, service and property were wonderful and I highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Lewes, DE at this beautifully decorated and clean home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. Large bedrooms and the game room on the third floor was an added bonus to keep adults and kids entertained. The screened in porch was lovely to enjoy our morning coffee in and to relax during the day. It is a short walk to the clubhouse to grab dinner and drinks. The town of Lewes is very cute and has wonderful restaurants. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a get away or vacation in Lewes, DE.

They were responsive

Well stocked, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and great location.

Property Manager, Bob, was highly responsive. Main rental office very slow to respond to questions and when we called prior to check in only got voicemail. Not responsive - only negative to our experience.

Great house - perfect for our extended family. Location was spot on and we had a wonderful time.

Team was great. Very informative with all communication.

Very good. One of our friends lost her keys . They were found here in PA., under her car. But we called your office, before we found them & Brian(prop mgr) went right over to prop to look for them. He called me to narrow his search. That was extremely nice!

Jane Fogarty was so helpful and accommodating from my first contact until close to arrival. She was friendly, courteous and so patient with my many questions.

It was a wonderful house and fulfilled all our needs. The granddaughters loved their bedrooms and bathrooms. The only downside was the small backyard.

Our stay at 19080 Charlottetown was amazing. The house was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked which was a nice surprise. The huge basement was a great area for the kids, we had a great time and will be back next year!
