We absolutely loved the property on Sweetwater Square! The house was large for our group of 13; the beds were so comfortable, the water was hot in the showers. The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked - it was nice to have 2 refrigerators, and having 2 ovens was a bonus. The patio on the back was so nice with great shade covering, and the grill worked well. We have been at the Bayside for our family vacations for 7 out of the last nine years - my husband and I also came alone in the off season a few times. We love the Bayside! The homes are beautiful, the area is safe and well kept, and the amenities are wonderful! A great place for a family vacation!

Our stay was very comfortable! The house was wonderful! The weather was rainy nearly every day but we didn't mind at all because we had such a nice house to stay at!

Team was great especially Brian. Very communicative during the reservation process. During our stay they were quick to respond to our questions.

Accommodations were great, great location, plenty to do including allot of relaxing. House works well for our family. We the grandparents along with our two daughter's families with grandkids ranging from 3 mo-18 years old worked well. The large upstairs loft and the downstairs living room gives you two great living spaces not to mention the enclosed deck/ outside deck and front porch. This was our third time staying at this property. Its a great community very safe for kids, we rode our bikes everyplace, the pools are great. The house worked well for the twelve of us.

Coastal Club was one of the nicest properties we have stayed at! Every year we rent a house to vacation at with our family in different parts of the country. Coastal Club was definitely at the top of and we definitely plan to come back! Thank you for an amazing vacation! The house was beautiful as was the yard. It was fully equipped and immaculate! The pools were amazing and well maintained and all the staff were very friendly! For the first time ever our grandchildren wanted to spend more time at the pools than the beach. The beaches were also great! We will definitely come back!

Steve was wonderful in trying to figure out how to work living room tv. Took awhile, but was able to reach the conclusion that it was remote batteries

Phenomenal house for families with kids. Lots of room for kids and privacy for adults. House is practical, well thought out and lovely and clean to live in. Coastal Community had a lot to offer

GREAT EXPERIENCE - THANK YOU!

The main selling feature was the 2nd floor master bedroom which could accommodate a whole young family in one room. Love the idea of having a king + 2 twins in the same room. I would highly recommend that in more rental homes.
