This new Schell Brothers home was built in 2021. It is located in the North Haven section of Bayside Golf Resort. The home backs up to the 5th hole of Bayside’s award winning Jack Nicholas Signature Series golf course offering spectacular panoramic golf course views, stunning sunsets, and frequent wildlife sightings including herons perching on visible pond. This 4200 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms each with their own bath. The open concept floor plan, gourmet kitchen, loft with high quality table games, decks, decks and more decks are just some of the amazing features that will make your groups stay fabulous. Bayside is close to area beaches, offers indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, stand up paddle boards, nature trails, bocci ball, fitness centers, restaurants and so much more.
First Floor
As you enter this home you will immediately take in the attention to detail, this is not your average rental, this is your home away from home. The light, bright great room with windows galore show off the incredible golf view. The home features a gourmet chef kitchen very well equipped with a 12 foot island and bar stools for your whole gang to gather around. The dining area has a brand new wet bar with ice maker and beverage fridge.
The great room living space is just one of the many hang out areas. There is a 65” TV and seating for all.
Main floor bedrooms include a Master bedroom with King bed, spa like bathroom with rain head shower. The Master also includes a sitting area with stunning views of the golf course and a 65” TV. The Queen bedroom with 40” TV and bath equipped with walk in shower. Both King and Queen rooms have ultra-comfortable new Sealy mattresses.
Bring your party outside to the massive deck spaces with two covered areas for dining and chatting. You will be able to enjoy the outside even if it rains. Looking to catch some rays, no problem, relax under the sun in Adirondack chairs while watching the golfers. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is a large BBQ grill to feed your hungry group.
Second Floor
Be prepared to be wowed by the massive loft space. This entertainment area has table games of ping pong and shuffle board and an 82” TV to catch your favorite game. There is also a seating area to cozy up with a book, play a board game, or just hang out and watch a movie on the 70” TV.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on the second floor. The lovely second floor Master suite has a walk in shower and private access to the sun deck. It also has a 40” TV and new super comfortable Sealy King mattress. The bonus room suite with (4) twin beds and (2) twin trundles includes a bathtub with shower. This massive room has a table with stools for the kids to play board games, puzzles or cards. The bonus room suite has a 65” TV. The final bedroom is furnished with (2) full beds and has access to a bathtub with shower and double sinks.
Want to do some star gazing or layout in the sun, step outside to the second floor covered deck and attached sun deck. The covered rear deck is a great spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. The sun deck has lounge chairs and afternoon sun. In the front of our home you can enjoy a peak at the North Haven pond from the Juliet balcony accessed by a door in the game room.
This home is conveniently located in the North Haven section of Bayside. It is in walking distance to the new clubhouse featuring Signature’s restaurant and bar, golf range, bocce ball court and Bayside’s Health & Aquatic Club where the state of the art fitness gym and indoor pool can be accessed. The Freeman Arts Pavilion & Stage is a short walk, or you may wish to drive. There is free ample parking. Bayside has something for everyone; pools, golf, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, stand up paddleboarding and kayaking, nature trails, crabbing and catch & release ponds on-site. This is sure to be your best vacation destination!

Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

We are extremely satisfied with our experiences with Bethany Beach Home Rentals over the last 3 years, and specifically the house we rented all 3 years at 14456 Creekside. It is a beautiful home and fits our family needs perfectly. The accomodations and amenities were very enjoyable, and the resort itself had so many great activities to take advantage of for all of our family members. Golf, swimming pools, bike paths, kayaking, etc., you have it all.
Everyone on your staff that we dealt with during each of our stays was wonderful to deal with, and very helpful and courteous when responding to our questions and requests.
Thank you again for your hospitality and assistance during our stays. You really made our vacations outstanding, and we'll be seeing you again later this year. Looking forward to it.

We loved your house! It is so well equipt. The outside spaces and game room were perfect for our family to spread out and have fun. The kitchen is so big and open. We were all able to be together preparing meals and hanging out at the huge island. There was truly something for everyone. The guys especially loved watching two games at once on the two large TV's in the game room while they played shuffleboard. The girls liked lounging on the upper deck. It was important for us to all have our own bedroom. Your house was a perfect configuration for our group. We will definitely be back

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectations and provided more than enough room for our family of 10. We have been vacationing in the Bethany Fenwick area for 38 years and have stayed in many beautiful places but Bayside Resort tops them all. Your decor and amenities are exceptional - we especially loved the labeling that alone made it so easy to place items where they needed to be.
The pool area provided enough variety for our older grandchildren as well as the toddlers who also attended the exotic animal show out at the point.
The men played the golf course, which they have played in the past and our children/grandchildren 15 & 11 went kayaking out at the Point as well. The shuttle to the beach couldn't have been more easier. Biking around Bayside was fun, too.
Everyone at Bayside was more than cordial as well as knowledgeable and helpful. We hope to use more of the events available next year. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in August 2022. There is plenty of room in this home for a large extended family vacation in this amazing home. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout of the home was well planned out for a large group to spread out.
We enjoyed the outdoor decks and barbecue while watching the golfers pass by. The entertainment area on the second level was so fun with the ping pong and shuffleboard tables and more, which the kids loved. This home has great views, and is very peaceful. We highly recommend this home and will be coming back again next year!
Bayside community has everything you could possibly imagine, restaurant, bar, golf, pools, fitness center, paddle boards and more.
