My family had a wonderful time at Bear Trap Dunes this past summer. Our stay was beyond our expectations, my grandkids had a wonderful time. The unit was spacious, clean & conveniently located near the beach & boardwalk. All the amenities needed for a perfect vacation were available to us. The pools were clean, well maintained & provided a welcome respite after a day at the beach. The sports facilities were excellent. During our stay we managed to play pickle ball, basketball & golf. It seemed as if there was something to do for everyone in my family. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We loved that all of the adults had adult beds to sleep in. We came for the week for vacation and our daughter got married on Dewey Beach the 2nd weekend we were here. Beautiful weather for wedding, beach, and boating.

Great house! Love the number of beds. Easy access to the beach and amenities. Like the two refrigerators and the neighborhood. Loved walking around and seeing all of the different houses and flowers. We saw a hawk in the neighborhood and lots of bunnies and squirrels. We will be back!

This beach house is a 10/10! It is beautifully decorated, has plenty of space, and is in a wonderful neighborhood. Absolutely do not overlook the in-deck hot tub. Its a perfect place to relax and overlook the lake, right from the screened-in porch. There are also plenty of special touches, like pool toys and beach chairs, and top-notch kitchen appliances. We stayed here with one other family and everyone had more than enough space. There is plenty for kids to do, including a nice yard to play in. We all had a great time at the community clubhouse, which has an indoor pool and an outdoor water park. We will absolutely visit again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a great stay. The house is so comfortable. We were 6 of us here and we had plenty of room. Very easy ride to the beach and the facilities, pool etc here were great.

Beautiful home to have spent a couple of glorious days. So comfortable, so many places, indoors and outdoors, and enjoy the surroundings. Lots of things to do in the area for family members of all ages. This has been an absolute treat. Can't wait to come back.

We loved your house! It is so well equipt. The outside spaces and game room were perfect for our family to spread out and have fun. The kitchen is so big and open. We were all able to be together preparing meals and hanging out at the huge island. There was truly something for everyone. The guys especially loved watching two games at once on the two large TV's in the game room while they played shuffleboard. The girls liked lounging on the upper deck. It was important for us to all have our own bedroom. Your house was a perfect configuration for our group. We will definitely be back

Perfect location to everything going on in Rehoboth and Lewes. Wish we had stayed another week. Will be back soon.

We love this house. My kids loved running around the basement and the big screen TV and sofa is great for rainy days at the beach whilst I played pool with my friends.

We had a fantastic vacation in Rehoboth Beach and this gorgeous new house was a huge part of it! The owners have thoughtfully outfitted the property with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large gourmet kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare meals and snacks at home. All of the amply sized bedrooms have super comfortable beds and large screen TVs. Our kids loved the large basement and camped out down there most of the time. The location is absolutely perfect, quiet enough for a restful vacation yet close to everything that Rehoboth and Lewes has to offer. This house is the perfect vacation spot, we will definitely be back!

My family and I loved the neighborhood. The neighborhood was perfect for bike riding. The weather was 85 and the house was absolutely perfect. It accommodated us our needs and I provided everything that you can possibly think of regarding kitchen supplies laundry and the backyard was just the perfect size for a family, barbecue and gathering I will definitely come back.

Elegant and beautiful! With beach charm that makes you feel if you have been living by the beach for years. This rental was one of my favorites. My friends and I have been renting for years. This house was fully stocked with anything you can think of, glasses to knives to a beds for everyone and one of the cleanest places I have been. The beach is close, but the beautiful pools and golf course are better. If you need an escape for a weekend in a fall with the girls this is your place. A quick golf weekend, this is your place. Or as we did, a week with friends in the summer you will not find a better place. There is something for everyone and this house makes you feel comfortable and wanting for stay for longer.

This was the perfect house for our family and my sisters family. The location was ideal - a short drive to the beach, on-site pool and great restaurants. With four adults and four children, we had more than enough space. The house is beautiful with modern furnishings and lots of natural light. We cooked throughout our stay and I liked that the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of plates, utensils, coffee mugs, pots, pans, and even kid-friendly cups and plates. The kids loved the loft area. It was nice having two living areas with TVs so kids and adults could enjoy watching TV and movies separately. Wifi was strong throughout the house and easily supported all of our devices. The screened in porch was our favorite hangout spot in the morning and after dinner. We look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here last summer and the house was great. Very clean, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Two master bedrooms both with king beds and en suite bathrooms make it perfect for two families. Our kids loved the loft area and bunk bed room. We especially liked the screened in porch for relaxing with our coffee in the morning. We had a few questions and the hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. The house has extras like a ping pong table and a few bikes. The house is in a great location, we could bike or walk to the pool and the restaurant at the point. We are staying here again this summer and can't wait to get back there. (Leslie B)

I was thoroughly impressed with the Delaware house rental. The house was beautifully decorated, bright and open, and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with high quality cutlery and kitchen tools. The beds were very comfortable and I was thrilled that there were so many bathrooms. The house was designed well for families and friends to gather, but still have their own quiet space when needed.

The home is very beautiful - everything feels new and the rooms are very spacious. The beds were very comfy and the house had everything we needed to host a large group comfortably. The home is in a great location with the club easy to walk to and there is SO much in town to do. I will definitely be coming back!!!
