We stayed here for a week with my three children under 5, and three other adult couples, 4 couples in total. My mother is physically disabled and having a first floor master was great, the bedroom is HUGE. The three bedrooms upstairs were well laid out. The king with master bath is great for a family with an infant who sleeps in a pack and play. The kids room with bunkbeds would be great for just kids, but in theory a family of 4 could sleep comfortably with the queen in the room. The third bedroom on the second floor was small but fine for a couple. The location was perfect, ten-minute walk to the main pool/tennis courts and seven minutes to the Commons Pool. The resort is HUGE, so if you are looking for a place that is walking distance to both pools, this house is a great choice. Having access to bikes is a HUGE plus, especially if your children are older. Like I said, the resort is enormous and having bikes made things a lot easier. The beach chairs were also a nice touch, as it was one less thing we had to pack. The outside areas were spacious and relaxing (porch, 3 season room, patio). We cooked on the grill 4 nights, worked great. The resort is 15 minutes from Fenwick Island Beach and about 20 minutes to Bethany. Rehoboth is about 40 minutes away.

Staying at this Bayside home was by far the best experience we've had in the 7 years we have vacationed at this lovely golf resort. The inviting street appearance with driveway wide enough to park 3 cars abreast, in no way prepares you for the incredible spaciousness of the elegant, high-ceiling interior. Front veranda, balcony, back porch and terrace provided multiple outside the home places for people to be - together or in smaller groups. The layout of the rooms in this 5-bedroom home was thoughtful, inviting, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was spacious and well supplied with countertop appliances, cooking utensils, pots etc and dishes. All this was exceptional, but I will say that the back porch overlooking a terrace and a small lake with fountain was our VERY FAVORITE place to gather. We were enchanted - every day.

Home is beautiful and very well kept. We picked this home due to it having king and queen beds to accommodate our adult family for a wedding at Bayside. Everything was great. Very spacious, nice back yard with fire pit, quality outdoor furniture and grill. Backs up to small pond with fountain. Propane tanks were low, but have submitted to Vacasa for reimbursement of refill for fire pit. All great!

My family had a fantastic time in Bayside! We loved this home and were extremely comfortable and safe! Everything was extremely clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of hot water for the whole house. We loved the patio and 3 season porch! Smart tvs were excellent and made viewing much easier. Loved the ping pong table.
