Ive stayed at several houses in Bayside including this and I have to say this is one of the better homes as it was clean and had all of the modern amenities. The house was plenty big for 3 families and there were a lot of areas to sit. The kids really enjoyed hanging out in the upstairs loft because of the huge TV as it felt like a movie theater for them. The community offered a lot of amenities for the entire family like swimming pools (indoor and out), gym, tennis and basketball courts, kayaks, and several activities for the kids. Overall, we really liked this house and the community. Im definitely coming back to this house again! Christian L.

Beautiful home.

I recently stayed at this brand new home for a girls' getaway. The home is close in proximity to Bethany Beach, and while at the beach, I found many places to dine that offered a variety of food choices for whatever your palate desires. DoorDash is available in this area and timely with their delivery. The home is new and immaculate. The outside screened in porch is perfect for relaxing and grilling outside. The upstairs family room was the perfect size for our morning yoga. The home is full of amenities to include a designated office space, Keurig, washer and dryer, games, and a two stall car garage. The home is inviting and the neighborhood is quiet and the streets are safe for biking and walking. The neighborhood is very walkable. The pool was just the right side and happened to still be open at time of my visit. This is a great location with lots of space that would be great for any family gathering. Owners paid attention to detail and left nothing undone. I would recommend this property and I would rate it a 10/10.

Stayed at the property for two weeks over Christmas and all of our friends and family loved it. Neighbors were friendly and house was very nice. We went to the clubhouse daily and it was awesome. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the free coffee. Wed come back again without a doubt.

Had a great stay! Very spacious and cleaning.

This house was perfect for a week with two families with young kids and an auntie. We just sent the kids downstairs to the game room and they disappeared for hours and had a lot of fun with their cousins. The Roku TVs with guest mode were great as well and loved the propane fireplace on the outside porch. We will be back!

We spent Thanksgiving here with the family and enjoyed it very much. There were some kids toys and lots of great pots and pans. The property was very clean. Steve was very responsive to a couple of the questions we had.

We had a great time spending Thanksgiving at this beautiful house. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed going to the indoor pool at the clubhouse almost every day!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this property. The house was very and as advertise. Although in the picture it looks like a single family home but it is attached. The neighborhood is very nice. We walked for exercise daily. We found all the grocery stores near by. The outlets are less than 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again!

This location is ideal, it is close to beaches and state parks. For low key days the membership to the clubhouse was well worth the cost. The kitchen is well equipped. Our family vacation was amazing thanks to Steve and his townhouse.

Such an AMAZING stay! The townhome is incredible, clean and roomy. It was part of such an amazing community where my 2.5 year old had a blast in the pool, splash park and playground! Its far enough away but only 15 minutes to downtown and the beaches. Such an amazing place! Will definitely be back!!!

If youre thinking about spending time in a Delaware beach community and this place is available make the reservation! The townhouse was spotless, had a contemporary and comfortable beachy feel and is in easy driving distance to the beach. Everything you need is nearby - grocery store, ice cream creamery, restaurants (so many choices). You cant go wrong with this place.

Great place lots of room. The pool area was fantastic.

The place was nice a clean. It had the essentials for cooking. Steve responded very quickly to some questions/requests we had during our stay. The location of the house is a big gated community. If you have kids... it is nice to have access to a pool (as detailed in the listing you have to pay), playground, and short trails. The gated community is about 15 min to Lewes and 20 min to Rehoboth.

The property and place are great, fully equipped, and plenty of thoughtful details around the house. Very spacious and comfortable for a large family. The backyard is beautiful with fountains and ducks in a big pond. The surroundings are very nice, and we barely noticed the construction nearby. The community has a very nice trail in the woods close to a lake where you can stroll, run, or bike. We had a wonderful time there and plan to return soon.

Great location, perfect for families with big and small children. House was spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space to spread out if anyone needs some private time. Beach is very close a very short drive and parking was readily available for the beach and very reasonable. Pool area was great and never overly crowded. Highly recommend this place.

We came with our growing family (we brought our kids and grandkids- total of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant) to Delaware and found that this home was perfect for all of us...The location is great, and the Coastal Community is extremely family friendly! We highly recommend this home for others to enjoy! Phyllis

Beautiful home plenty of space for the entire family. The coastal club pool was also a great perk to staying there. I definitely appreciated the welcome chalkboard with important info for us

This home was beautiful! Very clean and well organized. The kitchen was fully appointed with everything you need. The fireplace outside is glorious to snuggle in front of in the evening. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The Coastal Club is very welcoming, clean and had plenty of space. Giant Pool and hot tub were great. They also offer a day pass for $15 if you dont want to pay for the entire week. The location was easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood with more big, beautiful new homes. Route 1 gets congested but there are nice country back roads to get you to shopping and the beach. Only minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. Overall it was lovely!

Steve's home is perfect for a family stay. It is quite, clean, spacious and calming. We had such a great time. Also the communication was easy and quick. The house looks like exactly like it does on the pictures. I would 100% recommend a stay here.
