Thank you Steve, and the property management team for a great week! Your communication from Bethany was excellent and gave us the information we needed to have a good experience and make sure we did everything appropriately for your teams needs as well.

If I had to be picky, I would say a little better communication between Bethany and the community center/amenities would make this a top notch experience. The community centers website lacked information about the amenities (menus, times for restaurant/bar) so we arranged our plans thinking things were open that ended up not being open. Additionally the younger staff in the restaurant were very nice however it was clear they were inexperienced and we had our food orders take over an hour (just burgers) to get to us despite it not being a busy afternoon. Having to get a bracelet everyday to use the pool seemed to be a bit extra since we already had gotten cards. If bracelets were necessary maybe using one for the entire stay and getting rid of the cards would be better. Many places use waterproof bracelets for such things. Again, just some suggestions. Our stay was great and we really would come back again and will recommend!

Relator Steve's emails were informative and timely. I did, however, reach out to Steve via email (on July 2) prior to our stay (July 13-20) and did not receive a reply. Brian (property manager) was over within 30 minutes when I called about the wasps' nests and also took our propane tank receipt for reimbursement. He was professional, helpful, and friendly.

We loved it so much. It was a relaxing location and a beautiful home. We had a great stay. As said above, it wasn't missing anything. In fact, I feel some of the amenities could be added to the listing for further appear. I am curious about next summer's huge price increase though, as that would be a deal breaker for us to book again.

Mike , the property manager came out to house immediately after I had advised issues with bbq . Only issue was , I emailed the Bethany beach house rental team about a towel bar that was broken on first day of check in and received no response

House was gorgeous , loved the kitchen . If I can recommend anything , maybe nicer furniture living room and screened porch , a kuerig coffee maker . Noticed other houses in community with patios extended off screened porch , would be a nice edition

We loved staying at 31313 Falmouth Way in Coastal club. The home was clean, spacious and had everything we could need: outdoor patio furniture, fire pit, pickleball racquets, full kitchen and great large living room. The amenities were amazing as we went to the pool every day! Cant wait to come back next summer.

When we first arrived, we could not get into the gate and/or property, but they were able to give me new codes right away, with no other issues.

Place was perfect, would def rent again. Host went above and beyond and mailed back a few items I left in the house.

It was very smooth getting into the house, we were even a few minutes early and everything was ready for us to settle in. Things were clean (except the Keurig needed to be cleaned and one of the upstairs bedrooms smelled strongly of mens cologne), carpets vacuumed, and dishes, etc. put away. Upstairs hallway bathroom was missing a doorknob/lock so it was a hole.

Loved this house! Beautifully decorated, clean, lots of variety of kitchen items to use. Kids loved the loft area with two pull-outs (sofa and a chair) for movie nights and board games for game nights. A huge plus was having a well-stocked cabinet in the garage with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soaps and an extra fridge/freezer.

Perfect spot for my family- the location was so convenient and the pool was a dream!

Everything for the rental process went smoothly. Open communication, no surprises.

We loved the unit, the location, how quiet it was, the amenities, etc. The only issue we experienced was the internet connection (and tv connection) would sporadically, and repeatedly drop out.

The team members were friendly and helpful.

We loved staying at The Coastal Club. The property is beautiful, our townhome had everything we needed for a comfortable week (with the exception of linens included in the cost of the rental). Our family was sad to leave.
