Great location, perfect for families with big and small children. House was spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space to spread out if anyone needs some private time. Beach is very close a very short drive and parking was readily available for the beach and very reasonable. Pool area was great and never overly crowded. Highly recommend this place.

We came with our growing family (we brought our kids and grandkids- total of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant) to Delaware and found that this home was perfect for all of us...The location is great, and the Coastal Community is extremely family friendly! This home far exceeded my expectations and i have high expectations when it comes to vacationing! When i booked, i thought I was settling, boy was I wrong. This is a new construction home with special attention to detail. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was immaculate. The air conditioner was kicking and the hot water heater never ran out of hot water! The bathrooms are beautiful and newly constructed. The kitchen was well-stocked and stunning! There is so much more to this home than the pictures show. For example, there is an entire living room/game room upstairs. The living room has incredible lighting with a modern gray sectional and fireplace. Thank you for having netflix, it was a great upgrade. The clubhouse was incredible. The grounds beautiful and well-maintained. The neighborhood community were kind and friendly. we absolutely would book again!! you will not be disappointed. Things I would improve if I managed this home: I would add TVs in the bedrooms- a small affordable upgrade. It would be nice if the owner would include linens, towels, and simple toiletries- hand towels in the bathroom would have been nice. Communication was a little bit iffy in the beginning but improved. It seems as though the management has their hands full. You dont work directly with the owner.

Great Golftoberfest Weekend This property was great for our 4some. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom, the location is great if playing at Bayside (or near by), very large screen tv, billiards, kitchen & elevator were all appreciated. Master suite upstairs had weak/low shower pressure but other showers were fine. (should be an easy fix). Steve & Sue were both great, easy to work with & very responsive. Sue even responded to texts with a few questions the night we arrived & her answers were spot & and extremely helpful!

Beautiful property! Beautiful property & very clean! Probably the best property we have ever stayed at. Usually the first day of a vacation for us is a wash & involves us cleaning the entire house to get all the nastiness that was left behind from previous renters & to ease our minds but not here & that was such a pleasant surprise. So nice to be able to relax & enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay near the Delaware beaches!

Nice Beach house Gorgeous beach house, approximately 30 minutes from the beach with traffic. Lots of amenities. Great for family vacation.

Wonderful Stay The property was great! The home had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us. The back deck was wonderful for morning coffee and evening get together by the fire pit! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful vacation! The house was huge, and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, actually all the furniture was fantastic. The property was excellent. The kids loved the waterslides, and we were thrilled that it was gated. The food and swim up bar were nice touches as well. Communication with the property manager was also fantastic. We would definitely rebook here!

Terrific property & manager! Great family neighborhood close to the beach. Lots of amenities -- golf, pool, fitness center and tennis! Left some personal belongings at the property when we departed and the property manager stood on her head to get them back to us. Amazing service!

A Perfect Family Retreat This was a truly wonderful stay for our family. The house was well-stocked and accommodated everyone in our family from my elderly parents, to the teenagers, to the toddlers with plenty of space to live and play. The neighborhood is serene and friendly and the amenities were perfect for a family getaway. The clubhouse and pool were a big hit! Easy drive to stores, restaurants, and Lewes Beach which might be our new favorite beach! Any questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. I would highly recommend for families of all ages!

Great House Near Lewes Beach This home was very clean, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and was in a great location close to Lewes beach. My extended family and I all had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the activities at the Clubhouse as well. I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood We had a great time on our vacation! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with an awesome pool. The pool is slightly smaller than the photos make it look, but still plenty of space. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again. The frogs are comically loud at night but everyone was still able to sleep just fine. The ONLY downfall was the cell service in the area, which is no fault of the owners. Lots of farmland and new construction around so I assume that's why. The wifi worked great while in the house though!

Great vacation house This was a great fully-appointed home with wonderful coastal decor. We really enjoyed the fantastic rec room and back screened porch too! I would rent againit had everything we needed. The Coastal Club was a super quick hop in the car to spend time at the pool and trips to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach were short and easy.

Excellent We had a great time staying at this property! It was very spacious and stylish! It was perfect for our group of 11! We also loved the location and amenities that this community had to offer! Kids really enjoyed the pool! There are many beaches and stores close by! Steve, the property manager was very nice and great at communicating with us. We would highly recommend!

Lots of room & well equipped 3 bedrooms & 2 baths were perfect size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Pool was an added benefit. Was not crazy about having to rent linens.
