Absolutely adored the home! It was everything and more. From the time we checked in until the time we had left, we had such a great experience and felt right at home for the week. The house was beautiful, clean and much bigger in person than what the pictures had shown, which was perfect space for the kids! Thank you, Steve, for giving us the perfect family vacation home this summer. We will 100% be back again!

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating

One of the cleanest places we've stayed! Usually the first thing I do is go around and take pictures of dings and damages to make sure we're not held responsible. For this one, I didn't have to take a single picture. The only thing I saw were the missing fronts to the door shelves in the refrigerator. Usually we fix something while we stay as well, but there was nothing we could help with in your property.

We loved our stay, would definitely recommend and return. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful community. So many activities and just beautiful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities and would highly recommend. Nice location with Harris Teeter right outside the neighborhood, and easy access to all the beaches. We loved taking evening walks down to 38 degrees for drinks.

Wonderful vacation!

Your team is absolutely amazing and first class. The process was so easy and the communication was amazing! We were kept up to date with all of the necessary information and important deadlines. Made the vacation so much easier and we were able to enjoy every minute without any stress!

Easy and professional reservation booking with Jane. She was able to find us a home that suited our family size and also the location and a short walk to Sunridge pools.

The home was really terrific and we loved the layout as well as the backyard patio area mostly enjoyed that the air conditioning was working fabulous although we couldnt figure out how to not have it so cold but I guess better being cold than too hot

Steve and the team were top notch. They were great at communicating with us and providing us all the info we needed for a fabulous stay.

The property was absolutely phenomenal. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed and more. The media room was such a value-add to our group. We utilized that nearly every night as a wind-down to busy, sun-filled days. The screened-in back porch was perfect for morning coffee and solitude when needed. The bedrooms were all generously sized and provided us with plenty of room to spread out. The game room included games and puzzles, which we used as we overlooked the beautiful view of the golf course. The community itself was tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the quiet evenings and the ability for our kids to walk and bike the area with no trouble. And the community center was perfect for our group to enjoy some down time without having to get in a car and drive thru traffic. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Wed highly recommend the team, the home and the community to anyone with a large group like ours.

Our contact, Brian, was EXCELLENT.I had to contact him because our linens were late to arrive and he was ON IT! He kept in touch to be sure they arrived (over 2 hrs late). Also, we had questions on keeping the cooling system set and he immediately responded and made sure it was resolved.

Beautiful house/lovely community.

The property and location is amazing. I was really impressed with everything Bayside has to offer for the kids and the adults as well. Simple walks / bike rides around the neighborhood had great sights with everything being so well maintained and well lit at night. Check in / out was very easy. Great restaurants with great views. My family and I had a great vacation. Everything was top notch. I look forward to coming back again next summer

Bayside is an exceptionally beautiful community, extremely well maintained & groomed, homes are beautiful with lovely ponds with fountains. Very quiet & relaxing. The public swimming pool is wonderful, plenty of lounging space, food, drinks, extremely clean & well-guarded. Bayside is 15 minutes to OC beaches where there is free parking & shops on Coastal Highway.

Property manager was great. Super responsive and helped us get all our linens. Really nice guy.

Wonderful- loved the home and everything about Bayside. Such a great place to vacation with family.
