Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

• 1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
  • Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
• 1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count  
  • Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
• 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
• FREE Delivery and Pickup
• All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
• Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
• Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Recreational Passes are required to use the resort amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, beach shuttle, hot tub / Jacuzzi, tennis, saunas, fitness gym, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, etc. (Everything except golf which is completely separate).

• NOTE: You are not required to purchase any passes if you do not want to - purchase passes only for those who'll be using the amenities at the same time.
• NOTE: You Can Share Passes so it would be wise to purchase passes based on the maximum number of people in your group who will be using the resort amenities at the same time. Also, children under 5 years old do not need a pass; however, must be accompanied by an adult. Passes cost between $25- $50, depending on the time of the year, and are good up to 7 nights. You will receive a "Welcome to the Bear Trap Dunes Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bear Trap Dunes Community.  Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.   At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use.

Bethany Beach
Bear Trap Dunes is located just 3 miles to Bethany Beach. Take the Bear Trap Dunes beach shuttle which runs from the resort to Bethany Beach and back, from morning to early evening, 7 days per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. 

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. 

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes: You and your family will enjoy a rich and wide variety of amenities including The Village Pavilion, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Fitness Center with Machines and Free-weight rooms, Whirlpool, Saunas and Community meeting room, Har-Tru Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball and Pickle Ball courts. Beach Shuttle stops are throughout the community. The Award winning 27-hole Championship Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course, (separate cost from the amenities), and Clubhouse with Restaurant, Pro-Shop and Banquet Facilities complete the amenity package.

* The lead renter must be at least 25 years old and take legal responsibility for everyone in your group
* No loud parties
* Strict no smoking home

* Renters must follow the rules of the community home owners association
* Occupancy limit of 21
* Anyone breaking any of these house rules can be evicted immediately with forfeiture of all monies paid

Minimum Reservation Term:
* Strict that the minimum term for a reservation must be 7 nights (saturday to saturday between early june 10 to late august 26th.   for other periods, the minimum reservation term is 3 nights. Thank you.
