How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 302-481-1125 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can look at our properties online and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. However, if the home that you have selected states No Pets we must enforce a STRICT no pets policy.  There are many guests that have booked the home specifically because it was advertised that way. 
How does the Bayside Community Pool Passes Work?
The Amenities Pass at Bayside is an additional fee from your reservation and should be reserved prior to 7 days to avoid a $5 per pass late fee. The pass is a Bayside Community feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.  We facilitate the purchase of the pass only.  Passes CANNOT be purchased by walking into the center. You must go through our service to obtain them. Weekly Passes are $85 and 3 Day Passes are $55.
The amenities pass includes use of pools (except pool at the Point near 38 Degrees which is members only), gym facilities, kayaks, paddle boards and the Beach Shuttle which goes to Fenwick State Park. How does the Coastal Club Community Pool Passes Work?
The Coastal Club Clubhouse and Pool Pass is an additional fee from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your day of arrival to avoid a $30.00 per pass late fee. The Clubhouse and Pool is not owned or operated by the Coastal Club Community. Pre-Ordered Weekly Passes are good from Saturday @ 4:00pm thru Friday to Closing: $95.00 per pass. Day Passes can be purchased in person at $25.00 per day. 
The Pass provides you access to the Main Pool with Swim Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, Indoor Pool with Oversized Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Upper-Level Pool Side Bar and Dining Deck, Exercise and Weight Room with Locker Room and Showers, Indoor Dining Bar Game Room, Outdoor Tennis Pickle Ball Courts. What is your Cancellation Policy?
If a guest has booked a reservation through another website such as VRBO, Airbnb, or Homeaway, the cancellation policy shall be the policy as noted on that website.
If guest books directly on the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website then the following cancellation policy will apply:
If a Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after a deposit has been received, the Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing to Owner.  
A) A cancellation notice received 30 or more days prior to the Checkin Date will receive a refund, in full.  
B) If a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the Checkin Date but more than 14 days prior to the Checkin Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. 
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to checkin is not entitled to any refund.
D) The Customer Service Fee is not refundable.
Does the home have an Outside Grill?
Unless otherwise specified, homes are equipped with outside propane or natural gas grills for guests use.
How do Linens Work?
Your vacation home is supplied with mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters, but linens and towels are NOT provided. Guests will need to review the bed sizes and 1) Bring appropriate  sheets, pillow cases and towels or 2) rent them locally.  If you wish to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals. Is Early Check-in Available?
We do our best to clean and inspect your vacation home as quickly as possible, but we cannot commit in advance that your vacation home will be available before the 4:00pm check-in time.

Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
