The Linens Package includes the following items:
  • 1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
    • Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
  • 1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count  
    • Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
  • 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
  • FREE Delivery and Pickup
  • All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
  • Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Bayside Amenities Passes
  • The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
  • Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.  

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

Property
We absolutely LOVED the home we rented! It was perfect for our vacation which included 6 adults and 4 children, across 4 separate families. The house was extremely spacious, well-kept, and in a beautiful location of the community. We hope to come back again next year!

Notes

House Rules:
Strict no smoking home
Strict no pets home.
The lead renter must be at least 25 years old, sleep over every night and take legal responsibility for everyone in the group
No loud parties

Dwelling is Private Property:  The property will be used only as a private dwelling for the use of Rental Guest.  There shall be no subletting of the premises. The Rental Guest shall occupy and use the premises as a vacation rental only and not use the premises for any business, professional, unlawful or hazardous purpose. 

Accommodations: ; 6 Bedrooms including 2 master bedroom suites, 3 full baths, 2 Zone Central Air Conditioning, Utilities, High Speed Internet Access and wireless high speed internet access.  ;Kitchen, Range, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator / Freezer, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, Plates, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Bowls, Silverware, Pots and Pans, Clothes Washer &; Clothes Dryer, 2 Car enclosed garage. 

Home Owner Association (Association) Rules: Rental Guest understands that Bayside has a Home Owners Association and agrees that everyone in their rental group will abide by all provisions of the HOA 

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

No Smoking, No Pet Policy & Maximum Occupancy Restrictions: 
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Property. Pets are strictly prohibited in and around the property.
The property has a maximum sleeping occupancy restriction of 12 people including children. 
Rental Guest agrees that breaking any of these three rules is a violation of their agreement and can result in eviction from the premises with forfeiture of all monies paid.

Prohibited Vehicles / Parking: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted.  Also, no parking is allowed on the streets near the home and you can not block the sidewalks. There is also parking nearby in a lot. 

Recreation Passes / Community Shared Amenities:  Renters will be allowed to purchase passes to utilize amenities of the onsite Bayside Club.  You purchases passes before . you arrive from the property manager and you pick them up at the Welcome Center after you arrive. 

Check In Process:  We will provide you with a smart lock code approximately 2 weeks prior to check in.   You simply drive directly to the home, open the front door with the smart lock code and walk in. 

Hold Harmless and Indemnity: Property Manager and Owner of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to Rental Guest and/or their guest(s), or their personal property due to Rental Guests acts, actions or neglect. Rental Guest agrees to hold Property Manager and Owner harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to Rental Guests act or neglect or their guests’ act or neglect.  

Quiet Enjoyment: Rental Guest and their guests agree not to violate quiet enjoyment and privacy of the surrounding neighbors. Property Manager and owner are not responsible for the actions of other property owners in the area, as we have no control over their actions. Weather, Acts of God: Property Manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of God or nature that happen during Rental Guests stay on premises and no refunds will be made. 

Unforeseen Conditions: If any unforeseen conditions or problems with the condo arise prior to or during tenants stay, owner reserves the right to either refund tenants payment pro-rate or place tenant in a comparable house with the same amenities, bedroom, etc.. Such unforeseen conditions could be the following but are not limited to, hurricanes, storms, vandalism, flood, HOA rules, etc. Owner assumes no responsibility for such unforeseen conditions. 

Access: Rental Guest agrees to allow access to the house and property to Property Manager or Owner and his agents upon 4 hours notice by telephone or in person. Agents include but are not limited to plumbers, electricians, rental companies, pest inspection, etc. Property Manager reserves the right to inspect the premises and condo interior upon 4 hours notice to Rental Guest. Rental Guest agrees not to deny access. If Rental Guest refuses to allow access to Property manager or any agent designated by Property Manager, the Property Manager reserves the right to terminate the TENANTS vacation rental and tenant will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by OWNER and will forfeit ther ental payment. 

Safety: Rental Guest acknowledges and agree that they are responsible for the safety of themselves, their guests and their children with respect to the pool, the deck areas, and the premises. Rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to hold harmless from any injuries to them or their guests. It is understood that there may not be a lifeguard and that supervision is their responsibility.  

Rental Guest understands that there is no hard wired phone (land line) inside the home and that Rental Guest is responsible for making all calls including emergency and 911 calls on their own phones (not provided by Owner). 

Illegal Drugs: Under no circumstances shall any illegal drugs be allowed on the property. ; Rental Guest understands that possession and use of any such substance is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment. Rental Guest further waives any and all rights to recourse against the Property Manager for enforcing this clause. 

Rental Guest Responsibilities: All occupants are required to perform ";Normal"; household duties that include, but are not limited to: Garbage removal• Cleaning of individual and guest dishes,  Notification to Property Manager of any damages or problems with the property,  Locking of all doors when Rental Guest leaves the house. 

Cancellations: 
If guest has booked a reservation through another website such as VRBO, Airbnb, or Homeaway then the cancellation policy shall be the policy as noted on that website.

If guest books directly on bethanybeachhomerentals.com website then the following cancellation policy will apply:
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit, then Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing to Owner.  

A) A cancellation notice received by Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full.  

B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. 

C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund.

D) The Customer Service Fee is not refundable.

E) Travel Insurance offered by Bethany Beach Home Rentals is only refundable within the ten (10) day review period from the date of purchase.
