The home was the perfect spot, as we were visiting friends who lived right around the corner. The house was clean, very well stocked with all the amenities that we need & tastfully decorated. We will definitely rent again in the near future.

House was beautiful, location was great. The Club House was awesome. Kids did not want to leave, thats how much fun they had.

Perfect spot ! And my grandson loves catching bass there !! All 3 of my grandchildren enjoyed biking and the pool and game room .. and also the indoor oool when it rained one day - we are planning on coming again next summer to the same place

This house was incredible. The owners thought of EVERY detail to make your stay great. Very spacious, beautifully decorated. We loved the outdoor swings, extra towels and games. The bikes were a huge hit too!

All members were wonderful to work with, Jane and Tracy were so helpful as was Brian the property manager!

Very nice property! One of the nicest we have stayed in in Bayside and others in the Bethany area. Perfect for our family. Although we like to sit out on the porch, we didn't use it much. Noticed alot of the neighbors have their's covered. Hopefully we can come back next year.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. House had everything we could have needed for the 10 guests age 1-Adult. Ample lounge space to relax after a day at the pool or beach. Will book again for next year. Baysides amenities and pools on site are amazing.

Beautiful clean spacious home. Very well equipped kitchen. There were lots of good bikes, helmets, beach chairs, wagon to carry the chairs. Nice ping pong table, corn hole and putting green. Also a large nice refrigerator in the garage

Good contact experience

Reasonable and not far from the beach or town. Bear Trap Golf is very good for a beach golf resort.
