You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. This Bayside townhome was the cleanest, quietest property we have stayed in Bayside. The beds were very comfortable, the 2 zone AC was very efficient. The views from all levels amazing. We will be back.

The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. Steve was very responsive and helpful when I called about the resort passes. The location is perfect! We were able to enjoy Ocean City and Bethany beach. The elevator was a plus and awesome to use to bring our luggage and grocery's in. We will be booking again for next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect for our large family (6 adults and 4 children). Condo was clean and had many amenities. Few issues we noted was the master shower did not drain and we found under the cover an huge amount hair not cleaned. Ice machine did not work. Could use a grill -that would be good.
Your property manager handled any difficulties we had. We love Bethany Beach properties, but would like the passes to include the Saturday we leave since we are paying for a full 7 days and can't get into property till 4 pm.
Otherwise great place, thank you.

Our entire group of adults and children had a wonderful stay at Bayside. The house was so spacious and beautiful. The facilities, pools, amenities, and grounds were very well maintained and provided us with hours of fun. The location was also excellent as we enjoyed the nearby beaches and plenty of restaurants in the area. I would definitely return. Bayside is an excellent vacation destination.

This house is awesome!
We had a group of 12 people this past week (9 adults and 3 kids under 7). The house is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We really loved the large kitchen and the great kitchen island. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, dishware, glasses, mugs, pots & pans, bakeware, and more. There is a gas stove and double oven. Plenty of small appliances available (coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave). The pantry has plenty of staples in it as well to get you started during your stay.
The living room was also roomy and the couch and chairs were very comfy. The tvs throughout the house are smart tvs so you can stream whatever shows & movies you want.
The patios/decks were fantastic- we especially loved the screened in patio on the 3rd fl by the living room.
The elevator worked perfectly and was the reason we stayed in this house to begin with as my father is disabled. He was very happy with the layout of the home.
The amenities at Bayside were fantastic - we went to the pools multiple times, I took an aqua fitness class, and my uncle played pickle ball on several occasions.
We took many great walks throughout the neighborhood and found it very relaxing and rejuvenating.
We highly recommend!!

This house is great! It's huge, with four floors and an open floor plan. The elevator was actually super helpful and pretty big. We had a couple with a baby staying on the second floor, did all the socializing on the third floor, and then the rest of us stayed on the fourth floor. The baby never had any issues napping and the whole house handles noise really well. The community is gorgeous, and the drive to the beach is quick and easy. Thanks for letting us stay - we look forward to returning!

Great Golftoberfest Weekend
This property was great for our 4some. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom, the location is great if playing at Bayside (or near by), very large screen tv, billiards, kitchen & elevator were all appreciated. Master suite upstairs had weak/low shower pressure but other showers were fine. (should be an easy fix). Steve & Sue were both great, easy to work with & very responsive. Sue even responded to texts with a few questions the night we arrived & her answers were spot & and extremely helpful!

Our family stayed at this home for my mother's 60th birthday trip and it was absolutely incredible! The pictures don't do this place justice. The home is extremely spacious. It was very safe and clean. The home was well stocked with plenty of supplies. The multiple deck spaces were perfect to use for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner while getting some fresh air. The large kitchen and living room space was great for entertaining. The pool table was a plus! We loved the elevator access which made it easy to get to each floor - especially if you have a lot of luggage.
The community itself is gorgeous and peaceful. Great for running, walking, and any other exercise of your choice. There is plenty to do in the area and it's about a 20 minute drive to Ocean City, MD.
Steve and Sue were excellent communicators and very responsive. We absolutely loved our visit and encourage others to choose this Airbnb if you're in the area. We will definitely book again in the near future!

Location was great. House is very roomy. Two master bedrooms which is a huge plus. The house was also very well stocked in terms of toilet paper, trash bags etc, which is not normal for most house rentals. The pictures do not do the house justice in terms of the size. It is very roomy and the elevator made the move in and out a breeze. The community is also fantastic. Great facilities.
