Great house and neighborhood Our week long stay at this house was wonderful. The house was big enough for 4 adults and 2 young kids. The neighborhood pool, playground, and scenery were amazing. The kids had an awesome time. The beach was just a 10 minute drive. Parking was easy any time of the day. It was easy to social distance. The house had all of the kitchen amenities necessary, there were sheets even though we brought our own, there were also beach chairs. We would definitely go back to Coastal Beach Club and recommend the house and neighborhood to anyone.

Stay here! This house is amazing and HUGE! The house was very thoughtfully appointed and had everything (EVERYTHING) that we needed. The neighborhood is amazing and super close to the beach. We highly recommend this space.

Looks just like the pictures, very spacious and comfortable. Fast internet, perfect for a group of friends WFH. Well stocked kitchen in terms of pots/pans/utensils. Remember to bring your own sheets in addition to pillowcases, and towels.

Absolutely gorgeous rental, crisp clean and new. there were 5 real bedrooms (no daybeds or foldouts--real comfortable beds) and fully stocked amazing kitchen. the dishes and cookware were of great quality and lots of it. anything we wanted to cook, we had what we needed. the huge basement was a great place for kids to hang out, play video games or some ping pong/air hockey - even a half bath down there!! this is a very spacious rental with tons of closet space and pantry space. all tvs worked great and had plenty of options; screened porch is gorgeous and although we had winter weather, would be a great gathering spot, and we still cooked out on the grill! great residential area, quiet and safe. the clubhouse offers up gorgeous pool area that will be fun when it opens for the season. cleaning is top notch- everything was spotless. the master on the main level is great option for guests who may not be able to navigate stairs that well; also provides nice separate space for everyone if necessary. we were very impressed and would absolutely come again.

My friends and I stayed here for a week for a workcation. The wifi, Xfinity, was very fast - more than 100 mbps and the five of us had no problem while logged on simultaneously and working together. The house was huge and even better than the pictures. There was even an office at the front of the house where we took calls. It is close to Rehoboth Beach and Cape Henlopen state park. Brand new and absolutely gorgeous finishes. The kitchen is very well stocked with kitchen tools that I don't even have at home: they had a large wooden salad bowl, tupperware, a potato masher, a 12 cup Keurig coffee maker, serving platters, peelers, wine stoppers, aerator, and a wealth of colanders, pots, silverware, cutting boards. We did bring our own coffee grinder for fresh coffee, and you have to bring oil and laundry detergent, although there is salt and pepper. The instructions say to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, and sheets but also remember to bring hand soap for the 5 bathrooms, body wash, hand towels, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. The screened in porch and upstairs balcony were so relaxing. Very sunny and lots of light. We had a lovely time and I would love to come back!

This rental was just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. It is also in a great location. The development has a cape cod feel and is so cute. It was easy to get everywhere. We went to the Lewes beach multiple times and it took only 10-15 minutes to get there. There were also plenty of grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants that delivered. I stayed here with my husband, our two toddlers, my sister and my dad. There was plenty of room for all of us and we didn't even use the upstairs loft. Neighbors were also friendly and welcoming.

We loved this house!! It looks better than the pictures do. At one point we had family in and numbered ten. And didnt feel cramped. The kitchen is AWESOME!! We almost bought one. Wished we had booked a third week. Amazing! Great time. Almost purchased one. But we wanted a twin and only single family units were left!

Brand new development / house which was extremely clean (obviously important during Covid) and seamless upon check-in. Access to great clubhouse amenities including pools which was great for kids in the summer. The house also has all necessary kitchen items and grill which was a nice to have perk. We did have an issue with the locks but overall was a great experience and would highly recommend.

Great home. Clean, spacious, and close to the beach. We will be back next summer.

Great getaway room for all We rented this home in September. It is a newly built and well appointed home. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything you need for preparing and serving. There is ample space for gatherings. We had various family come throughout our stay and had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The basement is such a cool hangout spot. Coastal club is a few miles from the beach located near Five Points in Lewes. Five Points is a very congested area so be prepared when you venture out. Also, to use the facilities at Coastal Club you have to buy weekly passes. The dont offer daily or weekend passes. That information would have been helpful before we arrived. We did not use the facilities. There was a gas grill and they moved it to the garage and asked us to grill on the driveway which was really awkward since the driveway slopes down. We did get to meet the neighbors we were lovely and helpful. The screened in porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. The development is laid out nicely and has a trail for walks. We had everyone from seniors, adults, teens and children and there was something for everyone. Thanks for such a lovely time

Amazing house, lots of space, GREAT for a few families! We loved the screened in porch and ping pong table in basement. Pool at the clubhouse down the street was enjoyed by all, as was the on site nature trail. Wonderful host! Looking forward to another trip!

Beautiful NEW home,gorgeous backyard space & views were iv stunning little pond& Green space. Great for family/kids pictures :) Home has an excellent chefs kitchen which was fun to cook in. Upscale gated community. Home felt like a peaceful suburban get away from NYC for us. The rooms & the home layout was spacious and open. Great for a family getaway. Also the associated clubhouse had a fun pool & amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Home was exactly as shown in pics & description. Felt like a perfect little slice of suburban life. Karissa the co lister/property manager was very kind & responsive.

This place is awesome. Beyond our expectations. The rooms were big and the common areas were huge. A lot of space for my three year old to run around. The pool area was awesome for the family. Due to COVID, they only allowed us to use the pool which was a bummer. But we enjoyed our stay. It was a community and everyone was nice within the area. Had an issue with the door on our day but Steve was responsive and helped address the issue in minutes. Would definitely plan to stay here again. The location is within minutes to everything. Not right on the main highway but very close.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy. Relaxing. It was so relaxing! There were 2 couples and a single. We were in town for a wedding. We had plenty of space to get ready, each bedroom had a bathroom. It was so nice to return to a quiet (kid free) evening. My brother made use of one the bikes in the garage. This property is definitely a gem. Tom was such a pleasure. He answered all of my questions, and was very friendly.

Montauk Manor was the perfect place for our family vacation- beautifully decorated and in a nice, safe community. So many kids toys and a huge basement entertainment area- the kids didnt want to leave! The house is about 20 minutes to the state park beach and 15 to the bay, so we split our time between both. The community also has a nice pool, but you have to pay for the weekly passes. We did get them but didnt use them enough to make it worth the money. The restaurant and swim up bar were not open during our stay unfortunately. The house has a lovely hot tub and grill on the back patio, as well as a screened in porch. The house really has everything you need- you could not leave the house at all during your stay and still have a great vacation!

Great place for families. House is very specious and in great condition. Very nice community with nice amenities. Highly recommended.

Great house and community. Feels like a home not rental. We are quite picky about places we stay in, this one was fantastic and among the best!

Our stay at the Coastal Club was great! This was a beautiful and spacious house. The house is new and pretty much spotless. It was very clean with a very nice open floor plan. The kitchen is huge and great if you like to cook, especially for a group. The community is very nice and quiet. We ran/walked every morning. Very peaceful! The location is good...about 10 min from the beach in Lewes. We drove down to Rehoboth and even Ocean City one night. We would definitely recommend for families.

It has a spacious layout with a warm, beach decor to make you feel welcome. The dining room and eating areas provide ample room for all. The master suite is especially impressive with the large bathroom and double walk-in closet! The three porches were an added bonus for a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, it is located close to the pool! The communication really helped us to be fully prepared for the long weekend. We can't wait to return. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We booked house for a family trip to the Lewes/Rehoboth area. The location provides easy access to Lewes or Rehoboth beaches. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The community pool is just what we needed. The house is also nicely decorated and kept clean. We would definitely book again.

This home was beautiful, had so many more amenities than we could have anticipated, was very clean, and had plenty of kitchen equipment, toys, games, and space to keep everyone happy at all times. The decor was thoughtful and neat. The home owner really thought of everything! We all enjoyed our stay so very much. We would definitely return!
