Happy with this property The house was in good and clean condition and the property manager was professional, polite, and responsive.

June Lewes DE Trip Property was fabulous and spacious enough for the 7 of us....4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children. The club house with multiple pools, restaurant, billiards and ping pong was our kids favorite thing to do. It was a steep price paying $75 per person for the week but frankly worth it. The swim up bar and restaurant were very nice. We thought the food quality was outstanding. The drive to Lewes Beach, Henlopen Beach was no more than 15 minutes. The restaurants in Lewes and the surrounding area were very good as well. We really enjoyed sitting out by the dock at The WheelHouse. Our only negative aspects of the trip were the drawers upon check in were not clean and then it would have been nice to have the backyard with either a deck or hardscaping....as currently you need to be on the grass to use the bbq/fire pit. We will highly consider return visit!

Best Spot in Rehoboth This Villa was well decorated. The owner provided many amenities such as games, things to use at the beach and some seasons for cooking. Location can't be beat. Right on the highway that led to everything in every direction. Looking forward to returning.

Lots of room & well equipped 3 bedrooms & 2 baths were perfect size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Pool was an added benefit. Was not crazy about having to rent linens.

Excellent We had a great time staying at this property! It was very spacious and stylish! It was perfect for our group of 11! We also loved the location and amenities that this community had to offer! Kids really enjoyed the pool! There are many beaches and stores close by! Steve, the property manager was very nice and great at communicating with us. We would highly recommend!

Great home for family get together This house had plenty of room for our family to be together to celebrate my moms 90th birthday. Only issue we had real problems with is a leaking ceiling from a/c. Notified them and was aware of problem- waiting on repair. Always answered any questions promptly.

Awesome Family Vacation! The property was the perfect size for our family and friends. We loved the pool at the Club House and the screened in porch at the house, not to mention the expansive basement that was loved by our teens!!! Definitely would recommend it to others. Peace, Kim

5/5 Wonderful family vacation home. Absolutely beautiful home. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. The beds are fantastic, the kitchen well equipped and gorgeous. The people in the neighborhood were so kind and friendly. My two grandsons loved the recreation center. The pool is beautiful and very safe. The water slide enthralled my grandsons. The gym was well equipped and great to use. It was a short drive to the beach and the board walk. The home was just so comfortable and immaculate that it was a joy to stay in. Great experience I'll leave a detailed review, since one has not been left yet. We stayed in June 2021. When we search for a vacation home, we are looking for modern and clean, and we got it with this property. We found the home to be nicely furnished and it included many provisions such as dishwasher tabs, everything you need for cooking and eating, a small supply of toilet paper, and even a stool for little ones to reach the sink. Pros: - wonderful community (more below) - the home and furniture was updated, modern, and mostly clean (there were some crumbs left on side tables in the bedroom and living room, and some crumbs on the floor) - ceiling fans in each bedroom - great communication with the property manager (when my son inadvertently locked us out, Steve responded to my text within minutes and he was at the home within 10 minutes to rescue us!) - there is a small garage to keep your beach gear and bikes - washer and dryer (bring your own laundry detergent and supplies) Cons: - the beds had mattress covers on them (nice for cleanliness purposes) but which made any slight shift or movement really noisy - check out instructions ask for guests to take out their trash and sweep/vacuum - I've never experienced this in a VRBO before What we appreciated most about this property was the community - it is a nice, new community with a lot of great amenities. We loved biking on the neighborhood trail, walking around the neighborhood, and playing on the playground. The neighbors were all very friendly. We chose to pay $75 per person for access to the pool and gym (though we did not use the gym). The pools include an indoor pool and hot tub, and two large outdoor pools, both with zero entry and splash pads, and one with a large water slide. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas and even a large tent with tables and chairs underneath. On weekends and some evenings, there is a pool bar with servers who walk around and take your drink and food order. The food we ordered was really good! It all made me feel like I was on a tropical island somewhere, which of course is a good thing! We would stay at this property and in this neighborhood again.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday here with three families. There was plenty of room and it never felt crowded. Beautiful place to stay.

Awesome house in an amazing community. This was the perfect getaway for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. We took advantage of the pool almost daily, and you're very close to local beaches as well. A huge plus is that this house doesn't have a neighbor behind it, so it's really quiet and peaceful at night. We plan to be back to this community. The only thing the house was missing was a better cleaning service. Otherwise, it was perfect!

We stayed here for a week in August. Me, my wife, and 10 year old son. Keyless check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the open layout, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, place was nicely furnished. The owners were really thoughtful in making this home feel welcoming. Easy drive to Lewes beach (about 16 min) or Rehoboth beach (about 20-25 minutes depending on beach traffic). We didnt try any of the community amenities but great to know they were there. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Steve was a great host! The house was clean, the community had the perfect facilities and everything was easy to use and clean. Perfect for a family with kids! We went with our 4yo and 1yo and it was a wonderful week.

You will not be disappointed by this beautiful tranquil home. Located in a pristine serene development, its minutes from beautiful Bethany beach, with its great restaurants and shopping. Honestly though, you might not want to leave this house. Its tastefully decorated with everything you need for an amazing vacation, perfect time to reconnect with family or spend time with friends. With its gourmet kitchen, its stocked with everything you need to make great meals and entertain. There is enough space for everyone to have their alone time, but a great room to get together for movie night or a yoga session. I was impressed that theres even an office with a state of the art computer to catch up on emails or some remote work. But for me, why I will definitely be back is the amazing pool and club house. There is a fully equipped gym, game room and even a sauna. For those rainy days they are in the process of building an indoor pool. This is definitely a home away from home that you can make memories and return to year after year .

This was a truly wonderful stay for our family. The house was well-stocked and accommodated everyone in our family from my elderly parents, to the teenagers, to the toddlers with plenty of space to live and play. The neighborhood is serene and friendly and the amenities were perfect for a family getaway. The clubhouse and pool were a big hit! Easy drive to stores, restaurants, and Lewes Beach which might be our new favorite beach! Any questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. I would highly recommend for families of all ages!

Steves place was everything we expected/hoped for and more! Exceptionally clean and well kept. Location was perfect to restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery store, and more.

Nice townhouse - nice kitchen well equipped - beds comfy - very nice pool /water slide/ kiddie splash pool - liked that there was no deep water - safe for kids - swim up bar was cool and bartenders friendly - all staff friendly and helpful - great communication with host - easy check in- check out - First times to Lewes- very nice town with nice restaurants.

Great house, tons of space, good location. There were great amenities at the clubhouse and it was located perfectly. Quiet at night for the kids but an easy drive to the beach and boardwalk
