Oversized Screened in Porch looks out over your wooded back yard w gas grill and private Hot ub. Hot Tub serviced every Friday starting in June.
There are large HDTVs and XFinity cable TV and wifi internet service throughout the home. The home features 10 foot ceilings and a spacious open and airy floor-plan.
The amenities include multiple pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains and an adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up bar, clubhouse and more. Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. The house is huge and well kept. We were amazed at how equipped it was, starting with the kitchen utensils and equipment and throughout the house. There were games, TVs, office spaces, outside firepit, hot tub was beautiful and very clean. They even had a pack and play, highchair for baby and bikes for use. Plus, they had all kinds of beach stuff we didn't use because we were there during holidays. The fireplace was very cozy. We have only GREAT feedback for Steve. It was very nice. Hope to visit there again in the summer months.

We had a wonderful stay at Montauk Manor. The screened porch, the basement packed with toys and a ping pong table, the private hot tub, and the patio and grill area were particular highlights. The Lighthouse Club pool was perfect for families with little kids. They had weekly passes for $75/person above age 5, but also daily passes for $15/person if you plan on only going a couple of days.

Montauk Manor was the perfect place for our family vacation- beautifully decorated and in a nice, safe community. So many kids toys and a huge basement entertainment area- the kids didnt want to leave! The house is about 20 minutes to the state park beach and 15 to the bay, so we split our time between both. The community also has a nice pool, but you have to pay for the weekly passes. We did get them but didnt use them enough to make it worth the money. The restaurant and swim up bar were not open during our stay unfortunately. The house has a lovely hot tub and grill on the back patio, as well as a screened in porch. The house really has everything you need- you could not leave the house at all during your stay and still have a great vacation!
