This Airbnb was great! The host Steve was quick to reply to any questions we had. His assistant Sue messaged me to make sure we received the code for the door and to ask if there was any questions. Very clean, beautiful area and location, well supplied with everything needed for our stay. Myself, husband,children and grandchildren enjoyed how roomy it was everyone had plenty of privacy. The screened in porch was great for the youngest grandchildren to play and the parents to enjoy the views. It was located close enough to access all beaches ( Rehoboth, Bethany, Fenwick and Ocean City MD) Highly recommend this property. We are already planning our next dates for the summer of 2020. 5 STARS*****

Everything was as described in the listing. The place was bigger than we expected and was perfect for our golf trip.

I stayed the weekend with friends from high school for a girls weekend. The house was great. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We wanted to stay in the evenings to relax and chat and the house was perfect for that with its large kitchen, family room and screened in porch. We also walked to the restaurant just a few minutes down the road for a drink at happy hour. It had a fun outdoor bar and offered a beautiful view of the bay. Well definitely be back! 5 STARS*****

The house was clean when we checked in and Steve was quick to respond to our questions. The house has screened deck with a dining table which is perfect for evening drink and dinner. Bear Dunes Trap resort amenities were great for kids and adults. If you like golfing dont miss the 9 and dine offer for $49 you get golf on 9 hole followed by a 3 course meal at the Den. We would stay here again.

The attached home has great curb appeal and is very welcoming inside - really a WOW! And it sits on a man-made pond with a water feature, which was very pleasant to sit by in the back of the home. The community is beautiful also (really meticulous), and it has great amenities, which we checked out, but didn't buy passes for. If we had been staying longer and there weren't so many of us, we may have purchased the passes. Our focus was the beaches, which is the whole reason we came to Ocean City/Fenwick Island over Labor Day wknd, and they did not disappoint. We found parking on 142nd street one day (got there by 10am) and then the next day up the road a ways onto Fenwick Island state park property, which had $10 parking (included bath house, bathrooms, snack bar, outdoor showers). Of course there's plenty to do in the area (putt putt, restaurants, happy hours, shops, souvenir places, ice cream places, grocery, etc...) OR you could just relax. We cooked in a couple nights and brought games with us and played games with the family at the large kitchen table. We also watched a couple movies on the home's Netflix. When we had a few questions / suggestions for Steve, he replied very quickly and even made a stop over with something we thought the kitchen was lacking. Thank you, Steve! We loved our time here! 5 STARS*****

This place is fantastic! So close to all the great things Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City have to offer. House was beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Steve checked in regularly making sure that all was well and if there was anything we needed. All the amenities of the home and community were perfect for our family of 4. We look forward to renting again next summer. 5 STARS*****

We rented this home for family members in town for my son's wedding and it worked out very well for them. Lot's of room and very clean. They very much enjoyed the club house and the awesome pool area. They were even able to garage their car which was an added bonus. 5 star!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place. The accommodations were overall clean, neat and organized. The location was nice and quiet, great for long walks and bike riding and just 10 minutes to the beach.

All was great! The host was very helpful with everything he picked up my all my calls on the first try and answered my messages within minutes. I wouldnt thinking twice of renting any place of Steves. 5 STARS*****

This is a private home in a wonderful community (Coastal Club) in Lewes, which is listed on AirBnB by Steve, who works with a rental company. Steve and his assistant Dan were very responsive. Prior to the trip, Steve sent me a contract to electronically sign. He also collected the adults names so that our clubhouse passes could be ready upon our arrival.

The home is fabulous - - spacious, clean, and nicely laid out. We were 7 adults and a few kiddos and we didnt need/use all the space. Plenty of closet space and the master bedroom is particularly large and is located just off the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen has ample cookware, cutlery, plates, serving dishes. Also theres a wine cooler. The fridge was clean and empty, ready for us to put our groceries in there (Safeway/Giant/Food Lion are about 15 min away). There is cable TV, and we used the smart TV in the main sitting area to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The washer/dryer are huge and we used them multiple times a day for towels. We truly loved our time at this home, and the week flew by! The clubhouse has a decent gym, a kids playroom, and also an indoor restaurant/bar area that we didnt even visit. We loved the outdoor pools because they were awesome for the kids (max depth 36, nice lifeguards on duty). Our kids passed on the water slide (its dark and twisty and turny in there!) but there were plenty of young kids using it, and us grownups found it to be tons of fun! We visited the swim-up bar just because we had to do it - - drinks and service were not great but you still have to do it once, for the lovely view near the infinity pool edge. I noticed that after the bar closed lots of folks swam up with BYOB drinks in travel mugs :) There is also an indoor pool area for adults, including a hot tub which was wonderful to use in the evenings. It rained with lightning forecasted a few times during our trip and the outdoor&indoor pools were closed at those times. The house is only a 16 minute drive to Lewes beach. We thought we would spend time at Rehoboth/Bethany but we had such a nice time at Lewes beach that we didnt even bother! The house is also a 4 minute drive from Hopkins Farm Creamery which was even better than Kings ice cream in the town center. Overall it was a delightful trip enjoyed by grandparents, their kids and their kids kids and we will definitely be coming back! Thanks Steve!
