This 3000 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedroom suites, 3 full baths and sleeps up to 10 people.
The chef inspired kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare the simplest meals to your favorite gourmet dish. All high end appliances, granite countertops and gas stove.
Clothes washer and dryer in home for your use.
Enjoy your morning with the first cup of coffee on the "Dock Deck" as blue herons and bald eagles make a surprise appearance, with beautiful waterfront and park-like views. There are several large HDTVs in the home hooked up to Xfinity cable TV with high-speed wifi internet service.
The 4 bedrooms in this home have new premium mattresses.

Your home has the following Parking Options. Please limit the number of vehicles during your stay so that they will fit within the available parking. Car Size: Compact 10-14 ft, Midsize-14-16 ft, Full/XL-Size 16-20 ft

- Double-wide Driveway - Accommodates 2 Mid-Size or smaller Passenger Vehicles.
- Street Parking
- The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles. You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival. A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
- Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.
The Linens Package includes the following items:
- 1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
- Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
- 1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count
- Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets. 1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
- 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
- FREE Delivery and Pickup
- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
- Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with its Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with its Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. For additional Information click on the Life at Coastal Club Link. The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Coastal Club Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Coastal Club Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Coastal Club Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Coastal Club Community
Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area’s best shopping. You can enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes at one of the eateries that include Agave Restaurant, Lewes Oyster House, Striper Bites, Bramble & Brine and Touch of Italy and many more.
Beaches Nearby
Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.
Historic Lewes
Quiet and dignified, charming and friendly, Lewes is perhaps the most beloved town in Delaware, and certainly a perennial favorite for travelers who savor quiet strolls on boutique-filled streets, or a relaxing meal by the water at one of the town’s excellent restaurants. Full of history and filled with unanticipated discoveries, its old homes and nautical heritage are not to be missed, and visitors would do well to explore its fascinating story before setting out. Sometimes seen as a place at the beach for people who want to escape “the beach,” Lewes’ bayside ambience manages to evoke the best attributes of Coastal Delaware, but still linger in the memory as a secluded and secret treasure that’s all your own.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.
Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

Begin your day enjoying the sights and sounds of nature along the three-mile Eagle view trail. Enjoy a game of pickleball, tennis or bocce ball with family and friends. Grab a cup of coffee at the Lighthouse Club, then take a dip in the incredible infinity pool and enjoy a cocktail at the only swim-up pool bar in Delaware.
