Loved the house!

We had a great time in this clean home. It was central to everything we wanted to do, and the grandkids really enjoyed the variety of activities including the less-crowded beach at Lewnes, Cape Henlopin, and the splash zone community pool.

This townhouse was beautiful and perfect for our family. We all enjoyed our stay!

Great house with large rooms and well furnished Kitchen is large with an eat in counter and 2 tables to eat at. The pools are like being at a resort. House was the perfect size for my family of 8 adults and 5 grandkids.

This home was exactly what we expected. It was spacious and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing! The drive to the beach was manageable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Townhouse is very nice. Neighborhood is gated, friendly, and 15 minutes from Lewes beach, 20 or so from Rehoboth beach. Family of 12 had a great time at this location.

Wonderful stay! This was our second time and we love this property and its amenities. My kids cant wait to go back to our hotel house. Always bright, clean and well stocked. The pool is the perfect respite though can get busy at peak times.

Steve was a wonderful host -- very responsive, always available, very quickly resolved a small problem on our arrival.

This house was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The community pool and clubhouse is great. we found that getting pool passes on a daily basis was a better option than getting the 4 day pass, as there were days we went to the beach and a day that it rained. There was so much to do for all the adults and kids. We especially enjoyed the game room! The kitchen/great room is large and bright, perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. It is an easy drive to the beaches and the boardwalk, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. We loved this house and think you will, too.

Beautiful place ! Everything is modern and new. Steve was very responsive and accommodating. Coastal Club is stunning, and the pool area is wonderful for adults and children alike. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful home. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. The beds are fantastic, the kitchen well equipped and gorgeous. The people in the neighborhood were so kind and friendly. My two grandsons loved the recreation center. The pool is beautiful and very safe. The water slide enthralled my grandsons. The gym was well equipped and great to use. It was a short drive to the beach and the board walk. The home was just so comfortable and immaculate that it was a joy to stay in. Thank you for letting us stay in your home

The property itself was perfect for our two families of 8 people! Steve was very attentive to any questions we had and ensured we had a most pleasurable stay.

Steve was an incredibly helpful host, willing help with anything and everything. We even left our pack n play behind after checkout and he came over and helped us to locate it! Wonderful house, excellent host.

The house was perfect for our familys vacation. There was plenty of space, tons of toys for the kids to play with, and the community pools swim-up bar and water slides were a great added bonus!

We had a large group (9 adults and 7 children) and this group suited our needs and then some. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as living spaces. We especially appreciated the large carpeted basement to let the kiddos play and watch movies. This community is one to be rivaled with as well. With our oldest child being 4, hitting the beach for 2 hours is tough. But this community with its amazing pools and playgrounds made not needing to travel so much easier. We love this community and this house! Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. We had a little trouble getting into the house, but we called Steve and he had us in the house within minutes. We were very happy with the quick response. The house was great, very clean, and well equipped. The best part about staying in this location is the use of the Coastal Club's pool and amenities. Despite being a quick drive to the beach, we used the pool nearly every day. My kids are 6 and 9 and not the strongest swimmers. There are two outdoor pools and they are no more than 3 1/2 feet deep at any spot. There was plenty of seating both outside and inside the pools. My husband and I were able to let the kids play in the pool and relax without being constantly concerned for their safety. You can get food at the pool and use the swim up bar a few days during the week. Some days there were food trucks in the parking lot outside of the pool. From this location we were able to walk to and from the Clubhouse. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Lewes.

Great community and amenities. Townhouse had everything we could ask for (patio furniture, grill, pots/pans, etc.). Would stay there again.

House is lovely, and well stocked. Exactly as described. Close to Lewes but you'll be in beach traffic if you head to Rehoboth. There were issues with the door and garage that Steve addressed while we were there. We would definitely come back.

We rented the house for the week to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. The house was beautiful and very spacious for the family. The clubhouse at the Coastal Club was wonderful and available for an additional fee per person but definitely worth it. It felt like we were staying at a resort. To top it off we were sent a dozen chocolate strawberries by the owners during our stay, such a nice, thoughtful touch. We all enjoyed our time and are already talking about wanting to stay here again!

Steve was very responsive and the community was warm and friendly. Highly recommend this place -- we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Montauk Manor. The screened porch, the basement packed with toys and a ping pong table, the private hot tub, and the patio and grill area were particular highlights. The Lighthouse Club pool was perfect for families with little kids. They had weekly passes for $75/person above age 5, but also daily passes for $15/person if you plan on only going a couple of days.

I'll leave a detailed review, since one has not been left yet. We stayed in June 2021. When we search for a vacation home, we are looking for modern and clean, and we got it with this property. We found the home to be nicely furnished and it included many provisions such as dishwasher tabs, everything you need for cooking and eating, a small supply of toilet paper, and even a stool for little ones to reach the sink. Pros: - wonderful community (more below) - the home and furniture was updated, modern, and mostly clean (there were some crumbs left on side tables in the bedroom and living room, and some crumbs on the floor) - ceiling fans in each bedroom - great communication with the property manager (when my son inadvertently locked us out, Steve responded to my text within minutes and he was at the home within 10 minutes to rescue us!) - there is a small garage to keep your beach gear and bikes - washer and dryer (bring your own laundry detergent and supplies) Cons: - the beds had mattress covers on them (nice for cleanliness purposes) but which made any slight shift or movement really noisy - check out instructions ask for guests to take out their trash and sweep/vacuum - I've never experienced this in a VRBO before What we appreciated most about this property was the community - it is a nice, new community with a lot of great amenities. We loved biking on the neighborhood trail, walking around the neighborhood, and playing on the playground. The neighbors were all very friendly. We chose to pay $75 per person for access to the pool and gym (though we did not use the gym). The pools include an indoor pool and hot tub, and two large outdoor pools, both with zero entry and splash pads, and one with a large water slide. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas and even a large tent with tables and chairs underneath. On weekends and some evenings, there is a pool bar with servers who walk around and take your drink and food order. The food we ordered was really good! It all made me feel like I was on a tropical island somewhere, which of course is a good thing! We would stay at this property and in this neighborhood again.
