Wonderful Golf Villa Resort Waterfront Vacation Home. First-floor park-like setting with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms overlooking a pond that can be enjoyed by sitting by the fireplace on a custom built window seat in the living room or on the spacious screened porch and covered deck.
Beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout the main living areas and new carpet in the bedrooms.
The kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, disposal, new microwave & ample upgraded wood cabinetry.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a large walk-in closet, custom painting, private bath with separate shower & tub, double vanity, linen closet and access to an outdoor sitting area.
There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Pet Friendly: One Dog Allowed Maximum - Must be less than 30 pounds and must be kept off the beds and couches and chairs. Non refundable. No cats.
Free High Speed Internet available in the home as well as cable TV.

The Maximum Overnight Occupancy for this home is 9 people.
Bedroom Layout:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Bear Trap Dunes Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bear Trap Dunes Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first. At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use.
Bethany Beach
Bear Trap Dunes is located just 3 miles to Bethany Beach. Take the Bear Trap Dunes beach shuttle which runs from the resort to Bethany Beach and back, from morning to early evening, 7 days per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

- FREE Delivery and Pickup
- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
- Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
- NOTE: You aren't required to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase passes only for those who'll be using the amenities at the same time.

Comfortable, clean and spacious condo with nice porch and deck. The development is very quiet and peaceful. Its also very close to Bethany Beach, Fenwick State Park and shopping. The resort offers nice amenities as well. The condo is on the second level so be prepared for many stairs. The condo was very comfortable and it was a quick check in. Fast responses by the host.

The house was clean when we checked in and Steve was quick to respond to our questions. The house has screened deck with a dining table which is perfect for evening drink and dinner. Bear Dunes Trap resort amenities were great for kids and adults. If you like golfing dont miss the 9 and dine offer for $49 you get golf on 9 hole followed by a 3 course meal at the Den. We would stay here again.

The place is perfect if your looking for a great place to stay while going to the beach. One of the best features was the fact that this condo unit has an enclosed porch that over looks a little pond. We ate all our meals out there. Would stay here again on another trip to Bethany beach!
