This beautiful home in the Coastal Club community was exactly what one sees on the Airbnb website. The home is in a somewhat busy, but peaceful, neighborhood. The amenities, both within the home itself, as well as in the community-at-large, are numerous. We are a multi-generational family of nine. During the day, the "younger" generations typically went to one of the local beaches or used the on-site swimming pool or gym. The "grandparents" visited their favorite venues in Lewes or Rehoboth Beach. Typically, after dinner, the family descended to the basement that was wonderfully equipped with a pool and table tennis equipment, and table hockey and other in-house activities (see pictures on the website). The home is beautifully furnished (again, see pictures); everyone had plenty of space of their own. If there is one bit that I would suggest for the future, it would be to add garden furniture or an enclosed deck in the lovely back yard.

Beautiful house and great location! Just got back from a week long trip and the house was amazing! We had 9 adults and 3 babies and there was plenty of room for everyone! The costal club is awesome and definitely worth the extra money!

The home is bigger and better than advertised. The host was responsive and helpful. 5 stars on the whole experience.

Steve was a wonderful host -- very responsive, always available, very quickly resolved a small problem on our arrival.

This house was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The community pool and clubhouse is great. we found that getting pool passes on a daily basis was a better option than getting the 4 day pass, as there were days we went to the beach and a day that it rained. There was so much to do for all the adults and kids. We especially enjoyed the game room! The kitchen/great room is large and bright, perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. It is an easy drive to the beaches and the boardwalk, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. We loved this house and think you will, too.

We rented the house for the week to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. The house was beautiful and very spacious for the family. The clubhouse at the Coastal Club was wonderful and available for an additional fee per person but definitely worth it. It felt like we were staying at a resort. To top it off we were sent a dozen chocolate strawberries by the owners during our stay, such a nice, thoughtful touch. We all enjoyed our time and are already talking about wanting to stay here again!

This is a private home in a wonderful community (Coastal Club) in Lewes, which is listed on AirBnB by Steve, who works with a rental company. Steve and his assistant Dan were very responsive. Prior to the trip, Steve sent me a contract to electronically sign. He also collected the adults names so that our clubhouse passes could be ready upon our arrival.

The home is fabulous - - spacious, clean, and nicely laid out. We were 7 adults and a few kiddos and we didnt need/use all the space. Plenty of closet space and the master bedroom is particularly large and is located just off the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen has ample cookware, cutlery, plates, serving dishes. Also theres a wine cooler. The fridge was clean and empty, ready for us to put our groceries in there (Safeway/Giant/Food Lion are about 15 min away). There is cable TV, and we used the smart TV in the main sitting area to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The washer/dryer are huge and we used them multiple times a day for towels. We truly loved our time at this home, and the week flew by! The clubhouse has a decent gym, a kids playroom, and also an indoor restaurant/bar area that we didnt even visit. We loved the outdoor pools because they were awesome for the kids (max depth 36, nice lifeguards on duty). Our kids passed on the water slide (its dark and twisty and turny in there!) but there were plenty of young kids using it, and us grownups found it to be tons of fun! We visited the swim-up bar just because we had to do it - - drinks and service were not great but you still have to do it once, for the lovely view near the infinity pool edge. I noticed that after the bar closed lots of folks swam up with BYOB drinks in travel mugs :) There is also an indoor pool area for adults, including a hot tub which was wonderful to use in the evenings. It rained with lightning forecasted a few times during our trip and the outdoor&indoor pools were closed at those times. The house is only a 16 minute drive to Lewes beach. We thought we would spend time at Rehoboth/Bethany but we had such a nice time at Lewes beach that we didnt even bother! The house is also a 4 minute drive from Hopkins Farm Creamery which was even better than Kings ice cream in the town center. Overall it was a delightful trip enjoyed by grandparents, their kids and their kids kids and we will definitely be coming back! Thanks Steve!

On our 2nd day at the house (a Sunday), the garage door broke and couldn't even be opened manually. Therefore, we didn't have access to the the vehicles in the garage. I contacted Steve at 8:45 AM and he immediately came to the house and made the arrangements for the garage door to be fixed that afternoon. We were very grateful for Steve's fast response-- especially on a Sunday morning. Wonderful service on Steve's part.

The home is beautiful and quite comfortably accommodated our family of 9. Having access to the Coastal Club pool was a huge plus. This is a gorgeous home and club community and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

What an amazing find in a quaint coastal town! The house was beautiful and clean, even better than the pictures (if thats possible), and filled with thoughtful touches to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The host was great to work with, quick to respond and answer questions. The pool was FANTASTIC and plenty of beautiful paths to walk or run on. Lots to do nearby including beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental! 5 STARS*****

We were beyond thrilled with our stay here. The pictures just dont do the HUGE house justice! So open and inviting. Beautifully decorated, by not over done. Clean, uncluttered, and SPACIOUS!! The Clubhouse was AMAZING!! The kids and adults both LOVED having this amazing place in walking distance from the house. We cant wait to return next summer! 5 STARS*****
