Very convenient location if you are a golfer. The club house to Bear's Trap is literally right outside the front door. The owner's were very helpful and this place is well furnished.

We enjoyed our stay! The space is adorable, and both the adults and the kids with us enjoyed the rooms. We didnt have a chance to utilize the amenities, but it is obvious that a great deal of care goes into ensuring you are oriented to the locality so that you can take advantage of all the area has to offer. 5 STARS*****

Steve was a great host! Communication was on point and response time efficient. The home was spacious, beautiful and in an excellent quiet location. We were a family of 8 adults and children. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our space but also a nice open space to gather! Porch outback looked lovely. A little too chilly to enjoy right now though! Beds comfy. Home clean. We have two more weddings to attend in this area over the next two years and would absolutely return! Thanks for everything! 5 STARS*****

We rented this beautiful home for a fall golf trip. The owners, Steve and Beth were great to deal with and very helpful in ensuring we had a great stay. We had only a small group, but the home has plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a larger group or family. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful! I hosted my very first womens retreat for 10 women. Everyone absolutely loved it!!! The kitchen was very spacious for my breakfast buffet I set up daily. The home is close to the grocery store, winery, and crabs! All just minutes away. The home has all of the plates,cups, and pots you may need.

Host was beyond helpful, place we so clean and very comfortable and accommodating. Would recommend in a heart beat. Awesome! 5 STARS*****

Steves house is so cozy and a nice getaway for anyone looking to visit both Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City in the same weekend. Our group had plenty of space and beds to come back and relax after long days of activities. Would highly recommend staying here. 5 STARS*****

Steve was an amazing host. A group of friends were coming down to the OC area for bike week. With potential for bad weather (hurricane) we had a few cancellations but still brought a group down in cars. Steve was very helpful and kept an eye on the weather for us and worked with me the entire time. We will definitely try to stay at his place at next years rally. The place was also beautiful and clean and had everything you could want in a home away from home!!! Thanks Steve 5 STARS*****

Nice property in awesome Bayside resort community. Nice home. Plenty of space and rooms. Large kitchen was nice. Family eating area was large enough to fit many folks. Everything worked well. What an amazing house! The pictures dont lie, everything was just as it was shown if not nicer. House was very clean and we really enjoyed the resort style community. Check in and check out times were later/earlier than normal by an hour, but that was all very clear up front. Host/realtor was great and very responsive. All in all, it was great and Id highly recommend to others looking in the area. 5 STARS*****

Beautiful house and wonderful community. Many amenities and only a short drive to the beach. My daughter and I woke up in the morning and rode bikes to the fitness center which was very nice. The house had everything we needed. Beach chairs, Umbrella, boogie boards, bikes etc. this is a wonderful place to stay for the price. We stayed in Fenwick Island two years ago and payed a lot more and the house wasnt as nice as this one. Every morning our family had breakfast on the screened in patio and would watch the golfers go by. It was a great week. 5 star house.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this recently built and beautifully furnished town home. The home features new appliances, tasteful decorative touches, and an open-concept layout. The main living area is very spacious, with cathedral ceilings and a new outdoor slate patio. The property was perfect for our week-long stay with 5 adults and 1 toddler. The facilities at the club house are also top notch, and just finished in the last couple of months. There's an awesome outdoor pool, fitness center and bar area.
