It’s only a few steps away from the community outdoor pool, there's also a Kayak/boat launch across the street.  Located conveniently near many shops, restaurants, and entertainments.

The house has 3 stories, 5bdr / 4.5 bath, approx 3,000 sq ft,  Chef Inspired kitchen equipped with full set of pots, pans, air-fry, high end dining set including plates, bowls, silverware, and glasses of different kinds and sizes.

This house has an open floorplan concept where your family and friends can enjoy conversations and spend time together whether you are sitting in the kitchen, dining room, or family room, you all can still see each other in one spacious space.

Big brand-new dining table for 8 people, big island in the kitchen, oversized sink, electric cooktop, shiny new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker + a drip / filter coffee maker, and a blender is also available.

Oversized new sectional sofa in the family room for you to enjoy gathering with your love ones. Premium furniture and mattresses in all bedrooms. Premium Washer/Dryer inside your beach house is free for you to use.

An extended deck in the rear with table and chairs and more chairs readily setup for your family and friends gathering outdoor for a BBQ, or just simply sit and take in the fresh sea air. Many nights, you would find amazing views of the moon and the stars in the clear dark sky over the treetops across the street as if you can almost reach them.

The first story has a convenient enclosed shower that is best use for rinse off sands coming back from the beach or just enjoy using it as an outdoor shower – It has both hot and cold water. There are beach chairs for you to use.

The whole house is wired with a Gigabyte highspeed internet connection, strong Wi-fi access point on 2nd and 3rd floor. If you want to hardwire internet connection for your laptop, bring your own internet cable. There are working desks with chairs for you to use in a few bedrooms.

There are 2 big Smart TVs in family room and in the loft for you to enjoy with the following programs available:
- YoutubeTV (100+ Channels) is provided.
- Netflix Streaming and Prime TV is available using your own accounts.
- Other smart TV apps are there for you to explore.

Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

• The Linens Package includes the following items:
  • 1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
    • Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
  • 1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count  
    • Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
  • 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
  • FREE Delivery and Pickup
• All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
• Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
• Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Tidal Walk Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Tidal Walk Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Tidal Walk Community
The community has a walking pathway and Community Pool with Clubhouse. Only 1.5 miles to Bethany Beach and shopping/dining areas for your enjoyment.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. 

There is a refreshing pool for your enjoyment and NO additional fee to use the pool during your stay. Please feel free to enjoy our clubhouse and grab a light snack or beverage.

There is a walking pathway to the pool and this lovely community is a short 1.5 miles to Bethany Beach, known as 'The Quiet Resorts', extremely family-friendly with a charming boardwalk, beautiful beach and shopping/dining. Also, the Bethany Bandstand on the boardwalk has entertainment all summer long and you can contact them regarding performance times at 302.539.8011. Enjoy your stay !!

 

Vehicles: The following types of vehicles are not permitted to be stored in open view: motorcycle, boat, personal watercraft or boat trailer, motor home, mobile home, trailer, self-contained camper or fifth wheel vehicle, any truck with a camper slip-on where the camper is higher than the roofline of the truck’s cab, any other type vehicle that is not normally used for daily transportation, including dune buggies, ATV’s, non-operational or other auto equipment not licensed for use on public roads.
 
Noise Restriction: Please respect your neighbors’ right for peaceful enjoyment. To ensure the maximum enjoyment of the community, quiet should prevail between the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Fireworks are always strictly prohibited and may not be discharged or stored anywhere within the community boundaries.

No pets: strict no pets allowed in this home.
No smoking: no smoking is permitted anywhere in this home.
GRILL: Grill has to be set 10 feet away from the structure of the house while cooking and to be under observation at all time (cannot leave unattended at any time). Always keep flame level under control. The rear backyard is ideal for grilling. Please clean up grill immediately after each use. Grill liquid cleaner and clean tools are provided. Grill Propane Gas Tank is provided, if tank is empty, please bring it to the closest grocery store, or gas station to trade for a full tank, then submit the receipt to our property management for the cost reimbursement.
 
Clotheslines: Clotheslines are prohibited. No towels, clothing, or similar items may be hung on railings or be exposed for airing or drying.
