Main Floor: chef-inspired kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table with seating for eight, and family room and a master bedroom suite ( with king bed),master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a day bed with trundle underneath.
Top Floor: A 2nd master bedroom suite with king bed, Jacuzzi tub, and two additional bedrooms (two twin beds and a queen).
The lower level offers a 5th and xtra large bedroom with two queen size beds, a full bathroom w oversize, walk-in shower.

* TVs in every bedroom
* fully equipped chef-inspred kitchen
* private patio with a large propane grill
* Great location at the resort - just 200 yards away from the Pavilion and amenities ( 2 minutes away)

Bedroom Layout:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Bear Trap Dunes Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bear Trap Dunes Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first. At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use.
Bethany Beach
Bear Trap Dunes is located just 3 miles to Bethany Beach. Take the Bear Trap Dunes beach shuttle which runs from the resort to Bethany Beach and back, from morning to early evening, 7 days per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

COVID-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

- 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
- FREE Delivery and Pickup
- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
- Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
- NOTE: You aren't required to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase passes only for those who'll be using the amenities at the same time.
- NOTE: You Can Share Passes so it would be wise to purchase passes based on the maximum number of people in your group who'll be using the resort amenities at the same time. Also, Children under 4 years old don't need a pass - they just need to be with an adult. Passes cost between $25- $50 depending on the time of the year - the passes are good for up to 7 nights. You purchase the passes at the resort pavilion after you arrive by making a check or paying cash to the HOA.

Steve's place was extremely nice; the pool table, Jacuzzi tub, and fenced in backyard for my dog were major perks for me. I went in the off season, but the boardwalk was lovely and I would certainly stay here again.

My aunt thoroughly enjoyed her 50th birthday weekend! The house was warm and cozy and there was so much space for all of us to enjoy our time, without being on top of each other. Everyone had a great time. Beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Very large living space for a large group. This is a house was close to the winery and Bethany Beach. It was also close to the grocery stores and great restaurants. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. I would rent again.
