The second story features the 3 additional bedrooms. Relax on the patio with gas grill and large back yard! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (2 in the front and back great rooms, 1 in Loft and 1 in Master Suite), DVD, gas fireplace, gas grill, and Wifi.
Notes: Garage is available for storage only, not for parking. This home affords plenty of parking on the driveway and on the street in designated areas.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

- The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.

This was our first time staying in Fenwick. For 39 years our family has stayed in OC. The home itself was beautiful, clean and very spacious for our family of 13. My grandkids were able to go out front to ride their bikes without having to worry about traffic. The community itself was beautiful and we took advantage of purchasing the passes for the pools, which were great. We all agreed this home is our new go to every year here on out for our annual family vacation as we loved it.

Honestly, the pictures truly do not do this home justice. I hosted thanksgiving for my family here and it proved to be an amazing getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life, as we drove down from Jersey. Very close to Ocean City if you're looking for more excitement. The neighborhood is very quiet and quite beautiful. I'm sure in peak summer months it is even more vibrant.
Getting in was as easy as punching in a code. Amazing dining area where my family of 10 ate comfortably. There was a minor issue with the lighting in the kitchen, but the owner was very responsive via text and we were able to get it resolved rather quickly. One of the reasons I booked was because of the kitchen and I am so glad I did, as I love to cook. Everything was top of the line (cookware, utensils, appliances) and the double ovens cut my thanksgiving cooking in half! Bedrooms were clean and spacious, beds were pretty comfortable. Both upstairs and downstairs common areas came in handy.
To top things off, I actually ended up getting engaged in this house, so my responses are a bit biased. Overall, I highly recommend and will be looking to book next year in the warmer weather to see much more of what the area has to offer.

This is my 4th rental with Steve, and it is always a pleasure to deal with him, his assistant Sue and his beautiful properties. This one was no different. I loved the location, the house was spacious and accommodated the 8 adults in our party perfectly. The common areas allowed us to play games and watch movies. The kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and plenty of room to hang out.

This place is bigger than expected ... the rooms are beautiful.... the whole development is beautiful ! Steve was a great host that assisted me during my late check in and was very helpful as far as me trying to buy sheets for the place... although their are no sheets and towels and pillow cases ... its worth bringing your own... place was wonderful !!!
