We had a wonderful family vacation at the Coastal Club. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and huge! And our adult children made good use of the amenities. The swim up bar was a hit. We also found the beaches to be very accessible with significantly less traffic than expected for the week of July 4th. Steve was very responsive, answering questions within minutes for the very questions we had. We had a great time!

I had a wonderful stay. The home is absolutely beautiful, neat and clean. The house is located in a great area about 5-7 minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. The host, Steve, was a great resource throughout my stay. It was a home away from home!

This home far exceeded my expectations and i have high expectations when it comes to vacationing! When i booked, i thought I was settling, boy was I wrong. This is a new construction home with special attention to detail. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was immaculate. The air conditioner was kicking and the hot water heater never ran out of hot water! The bathrooms are beautiful and newly constructed. The kitchen was well-stocked and stunning! There is so much more to this home than the pictures show. For example, there is an entire living room/game room upstairs. The living room has incredible lighting with a modern gray sectional and fireplace. Thank you for having netflix, it was a great upgrade. The clubhouse was incredible. The grounds beautiful and well-maintained. The neighborhood community were kind and friendly. we absolutely would book again!! you will not be disappointed. Things I would improve if I managed this home: I would add TVs in the bedrooms- a small affordable upgrade. It would be nice if the owner would include linens, towels, and simple toiletries- hand towels in the bathroom would have been nice. Communication was a little bit iffy in the beginning but improved. It seems as though the management has their hands full. You dont work directly with the owner.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Our family had such a wonderful stay. Great location which made getting around with 3 kids super easy. We look forward to coming back in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great Golftoberfest Weekend This property was great for our 4some. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom, the location is great if playing at Bayside (or near by), very large screen tv, billiards, kitchen & elevator were all appreciated. Master suite upstairs had weak/low shower pressure but other showers were fine. (should be an easy fix). Steve & Sue were both great, easy to work with & very responsive. Sue even responded to texts with a few questions the night we arrived & her answers were spot & and extremely helpful!

Beautiful property! Beautiful property & very clean! Probably the best property we have ever stayed at. Usually the first day of a vacation for us is a wash & involves us cleaning the entire house to get all the nastiness that was left behind from previous renters & to ease our minds but not here & that was such a pleasant surprise. So nice to be able to relax & enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay near the Delaware beaches!

Terrific property & manager! Great family neighborhood close to the beach. Lots of amenities -- golf, pool, fitness center and tennis! Left some personal belongings at the property when we departed and the property manager stood on her head to get them back to us. Amazing service!

Wonderful vacation! The house was huge, and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, actually all the furniture was fantastic. The property was excellent. The kids loved the waterslides, and we were thrilled that it was gated. The food and swim up bar were nice touches as well. Communication with the property manager was also fantastic. We would definitely rebook here!

Great experience I'll leave a detailed review, since one has not been left yet. We stayed in June 2021. When we search for a vacation home, we are looking for modern and clean, and we got it with this property. We found the home to be nicely furnished and it included many provisions such as dishwasher tabs, everything you need for cooking and eating, a small supply of toilet paper, and even a stool for little ones to reach the sink. Pros: - wonderful community (more below) - the home and furniture was updated, modern, and mostly clean (there were some crumbs left on side tables in the bedroom and living room, and some crumbs on the floor) - ceiling fans in each bedroom - great communication with the property manager (when my son inadvertently locked us out, Steve responded to my text within minutes and he was at the home within 10 minutes to rescue us!) - there is a small garage to keep your beach gear and bikes - washer and dryer (bring your own laundry detergent and supplies) Cons: - the beds had mattress covers on them (nice for cleanliness purposes) but which made any slight shift or movement really noisy - check out instructions ask for guests to take out their trash and sweep/vacuum - I've never experienced this in a VRBO before What we appreciated most about this property was the community - it is a nice, new community with a lot of great amenities. We loved biking on the neighborhood trail, walking around the neighborhood, and playing on the playground. The neighbors were all very friendly. We chose to pay $75 per person for access to the pool and gym (though we did not use the gym). The pools include an indoor pool and hot tub, and two large outdoor pools, both with zero entry and splash pads, and one with a large water slide. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas and even a large tent with tables and chairs underneath. On weekends and some evenings, there is a pool bar with servers who walk around and take your drink and food order. The food we ordered was really good! It all made me feel like I was on a tropical island somewhere, which of course is a good thing! We would stay at this property and in this neighborhood again.

5/5 Wonderful family vacation home. Absolutely beautiful home. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. The beds are fantastic, the kitchen well equipped and gorgeous. The people in the neighborhood were so kind and friendly. My two grandsons loved the recreation center. The pool is beautiful and very safe. The water slide enthralled my grandsons. The gym was well equipped and great to use. It was a short drive to the beach and the board walk. The home was just so comfortable and immaculate that it was a joy to stay in. Awesome Family Vacation! The property was the perfect size for our family and friends. We loved the pool at the Club House and the screened in porch at the house, not to mention the expansive basement that was loved by our teens!!! Definitely would recommend it to others. Peace, Kim

Great home for family get together This house had plenty of room for our family to be together to celebrate my moms 90th birthday. Only issue we had real problems with is a leaking ceiling from a/c. Notified them and was aware of problem- waiting on repair. Always answered any questions promptly.

Excellent We had a great time staying at this property! It was very spacious and stylish! It was perfect for our group of 11! We also loved the location and amenities that this community had to offer! Kids really enjoyed the pool! There are many beaches and stores close by! Steve, the property manager was very nice and great at communicating with us. We would highly recommend!

Lots of room & well equipped 3 bedrooms & 2 baths were perfect size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Pool was an added benefit. Was not crazy about having to rent linens.

Best Spot in Rehoboth This Villa was well decorated. The owner provided many amenities such as games, things to use at the beach and some seasons for cooking. Location can't be beat. Right on the highway that led to everything in every direction. Looking forward to returning.
