We really enjoyed our stay in this property. We had a little trouble getting into the house, but we called Steve and he had us in the house within minutes. We were very happy with the quick response. The house was great, very clean, and well equipped. The best part about staying in this location is the use of the Coastal Club's pool and amenities. Despite being a quick drive to the beach, we used the pool nearly every day. My kids are 6 and 9 and not the strongest swimmers. There are two outdoor pools and they are no more than 3 1/2 feet deep at any spot. There was plenty of seating both outside and inside the pools. My husband and I were able to let the kids play in the pool and relax without being constantly concerned for their safety. You can get food at the pool and use the swim up bar a few days during the week. Some days there were food trucks in the parking lot outside of the pool. From this location we were able to walk to and from the Clubhouse. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Lewes.

Great community and amenities. Townhouse had everything we could ask for (patio furniture, grill, pots/pans, etc.). Would stay there again.

House is lovely, and well stocked. Exactly as described. Close to Lewes but you'll be in beach traffic if you head to Rehoboth. There were issues with the door and garage that Steve addressed while we were there. We would definitely come back.

Steve was very responsive and the community was warm and friendly. Highly recommend this place -- we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Montauk Manor. The screened porch, the basement packed with toys and a ping pong table, the private hot tub, and the patio and grill area were particular highlights. The Lighthouse Club pool was perfect for families with little kids. They had weekly passes for $75/person above age 5, but also daily passes for $15/person if you plan on only going a couple of days.

We rented the house for the week to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. The house was beautiful and very spacious for the family. The clubhouse at the Coastal Club was wonderful and available for an additional fee per person but definitely worth it. It felt like we were staying at a resort. To top it off we were sent a dozen chocolate strawberries by the owners during our stay, such a nice, thoughtful touch. We all enjoyed our time and are already talking about wanting to stay here again!

I'll leave a detailed review, since one has not been left yet. We stayed in June 2021. When we search for a vacation home, we are looking for modern and clean, and we got it with this property. We found the home to be nicely furnished and it included many provisions such as dishwasher tabs, everything you need for cooking and eating, a small supply of toilet paper, and even a stool for little ones to reach the sink. Pros: - wonderful community (more below) - the home and furniture was updated, modern, and mostly clean (there were some crumbs left on side tables in the bedroom and living room, and some crumbs on the floor) - ceiling fans in each bedroom - great communication with the property manager (when my son inadvertently locked us out, Steve responded to my text within minutes and he was at the home within 10 minutes to rescue us!) - there is a small garage to keep your beach gear and bikes - washer and dryer (bring your own laundry detergent and supplies) Cons: - the beds had mattress covers on them (nice for cleanliness purposes) but which made any slight shift or movement really noisy - check out instructions ask for guests to take out their trash and sweep/vacuum - I've never experienced this in a VRBO before What we appreciated most about this property was the community - it is a nice, new community with a lot of great amenities. We loved biking on the neighborhood trail, walking around the neighborhood, and playing on the playground. The neighbors were all very friendly. We chose to pay $75 per person for access to the pool and gym (though we did not use the gym). The pools include an indoor pool and hot tub, and two large outdoor pools, both with zero entry and splash pads, and one with a large water slide. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas and even a large tent with tables and chairs underneath. On weekends and some evenings, there is a pool bar with servers who walk around and take your drink and food order. The food we ordered was really good! It all made me feel like I was on a tropical island somewhere, which of course is a good thing! We would stay at this property and in this neighborhood again.

Great week in Lewes. Floor plan is open and welcoming, Coastal Club community is great (pool, walking trails, friendly people) and property is located close to clubhouse. Highly recommend getting club passes. Downtown Lewes and Cape Henhelopen state park are close by and are an easy commute. If you like biking, highly recommend the roughly 17 mile loop starting at Lewes Public Library through Cape Henhelopen state park to Rehoboth and back via Breakwater and Junction Trail. If you need bikes, you can rent from Seagreen Bicycles just across Kings Highway from the library. Steve was very responsive to our requests and arranged for perfect weather! :)

This home was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It was eveything and more than described. The homeowners have everything available you need with written instructions. My family is planning to stay here again next year. The host Steve was great at responding to messages and sent out weather updates

His home was beautiful, immaculate, and very spacious. We particularly enjoyed the screened-in porch and the balcony off the master bedroom. The pool area was perfect for our daughter age 7, and allowed us to relax with a drink as there were many lifeguards on duty. Amenities galore at this property! And the proximity to the Beaches, Rehoboth, Outlets, and Ocean City were wonderful. Thanks so much Tom for our lovely stay!

Beautiful home and community with plenty of room to spread out. Our family/extended family of 12 people had a great time cooking meals together in the big kitchen and relaxing on the back porch or at the pool.

We loved staying in this condo! It was beautiful and very clean. The property is beautiful too! We highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and very roomy. very easy drive to the beaches. we would definitely stay there again.

The house was great! The only surprise we had was the splash pad for the kids at the clubhouse was NOT heated. It was really cold. That was a bummer, but otherwise, we loved it!

This location is ideal, it is close to beaches and state parks. For low key days the membership to the clubhouse was well worth the cost. The kitchen is well equipped. Our family vacation was amazing thanks to Steve and his townhouse.

This place was perfect for my family. It had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything, haveing the dryer was great especially after useing the pools, comfortable chairs and couches in the living room, and we even used thebfire place one am it was damp from the rain. The upstairs loft had a tv, playstation, and dvr, perfect for my teenager on the 2 days it rained. The study had tons of board games to play, and books for all ages. The clubhouse was fantastic, you do need to purchase a pass which is $75 for 7 days. The inside pool and hot tub were perfect, when if finally stopped raining we used the outside pool my 4 year old loved the pirate ship and water slide. The fitness center is state of the art, and the restaurant/bar has something going on every weekend. Everyone in the complex was super friendly. One of the best family vacations we have had. We will definitely use Steve and Karissa for our next Vacation to De.

Very helpful and pleasant!

Our entire family was together for the first time since the pandemic. The house was equipped with all the necessities of home! The pools were clean and the staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful time. From the start of the reservation until checkout the process was efficient and easy! We will definitely be calling you at the end of the year for next summer!!

A wonderful home in a very nice community. (The neighbors loaned us pool toys.) The pools really made the trip special for the three kids in our group. We just wish we had bought day passes instead of paying for the entire week, since you have to go more than 5 days to make it worth it. The house is about a 25 min drive to Rehoboth Beach and a little less to Lewes, where both the crowd and the waves were smaller. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

This is In a townhouse setting in a community well laid out and has a club house with 2 nice pools. This was perfect for my daughter and her 2 year old. Plenty of good places to eat and close to 3 major beaches. We went to them all. We also shopped all day when it rained one day at Tanger Outlet stores!

Great location, very nice and clean.

Well managed kid friendly property. My family stayed here for our annual beach week. The costal club pool is heated which was great because even when the outside temperature was in the 70s the pool water was a comfortable temperature. The pool is very well managed. The location is relatively close to the beach, could drive to Lewes Beach in under 20 minutes. The house has a tankless water heater so even when youre the last of 8 people to shower the water is still hot, a huge plus for me as Im always the last to shower.
