My family and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place. The accommodations were overall clean, neat and organized. The location was nice and quiet, great for long walks and bike riding and just 10 minutes to the beach.

All was great! The host was very helpful with everything he picked up my all my calls on the first try and answered my messages within minutes. I wouldnt thinking twice of renting any place of Steves. 5 STARS*****

This is a private home in a wonderful community (Coastal Club) in Lewes, which is listed on AirBnB by Steve, who works with a rental company. Steve and his assistant Dan were very responsive. Prior to the trip, Steve sent me a contract to electronically sign. He also collected the adults names so that our clubhouse passes could be ready upon our arrival.

The home is fabulous - - spacious, clean, and nicely laid out. We were 7 adults and a few kiddos and we didnt need/use all the space. Plenty of closet space and the master bedroom is particularly large and is located just off the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen has ample cookware, cutlery, plates, serving dishes. Also theres a wine cooler. The fridge was clean and empty, ready for us to put our groceries in there (Safeway/Giant/Food Lion are about 15 min away). There is cable TV, and we used the smart TV in the main sitting area to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The washer/dryer are huge and we used them multiple times a day for towels. We truly loved our time at this home, and the week flew by! The clubhouse has a decent gym, a kids playroom, and also an indoor restaurant/bar area that we didnt even visit. We loved the outdoor pools because they were awesome for the kids (max depth 36, nice lifeguards on duty). Our kids passed on the water slide (its dark and twisty and turny in there!) but there were plenty of young kids using it, and us grownups found it to be tons of fun! We visited the swim-up bar just because we had to do it - - drinks and service were not great but you still have to do it once, for the lovely view near the infinity pool edge. I noticed that after the bar closed lots of folks swam up with BYOB drinks in travel mugs :) There is also an indoor pool area for adults, including a hot tub which was wonderful to use in the evenings. It rained with lightning forecasted a few times during our trip and the outdoor&indoor pools were closed at those times. The house is only a 16 minute drive to Lewes beach. We thought we would spend time at Rehoboth/Bethany but we had such a nice time at Lewes beach that we didnt even bother! The house is also a 4 minute drive from Hopkins Farm Creamery which was even better than Kings ice cream in the town center. Overall it was a delightful trip enjoyed by grandparents, their kids and their kids kids and we will definitely be coming back! Thanks Steve!

Quiet little beach resort We can't say enough about this house and Coastal Club. The house was spacious and beautiful. We loved sitting in the screened in back porch, enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. Steve, our property manager, was also very accomodating. He's a great face for the community. My kids loved, loved, loved the pool area. They kept getting stuck in the water slide but that didn't stop them from going up again and again. The staff were pleasant and quite helpful too. We definitely recommend this quiet, little beach resort! 5 STARS

We loved the house and area we stayed in. Steve communicated very well and got back with me right away if I had any questions. We loved Bethany Beach we will be back.

Every thing was perfect and made for the perfect Rehoboth vacation. We love the coastal club and the pools.

On our 2nd day at the house (a Sunday), the garage door broke and couldn't even be opened manually. Therefore, we didn't have access to the the vehicles in the garage. I contacted Steve at 8:45 AM and he immediately came to the house and made the arrangements for the garage door to be fixed that afternoon. We were very grateful for Steve's fast response-- especially on a Sunday morning. Wonderful service on Steve's part.

The home is beautiful and quite comfortably accommodated our family of 9. Having access to the Coastal Club pool was a huge plus. This is a gorgeous home and club community and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Ive been vacationing in Rehoboth since childhood (40 years). My grandmother had a house in Lewes so Im very familiar with the area and its location to the beach. This year we decided to change our summer trip from OBX to Rehoboth and couldnt have had a better trip. Friends of ours who also have a home in Lewes stopped by and commented on how luxurious the community was. The clubhouse, extensive pool area, and swim up bar was outstanding. I would note that the bar is only open Thursday - Sunday. From a house standpoint it was obvious the owners put a lot of thought and attention into the home. This house is brand new, Id be surprised if more than one of two families stayed in the house before us. All new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, tankless water heaters, new grill with natural gas connections, and the list goes on. We had 12 people staying with us and there was more than enough room so people didnt feel on top of each other. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable with the younger kids riding their scooters around the neighborhood. The only thing Ill point out is this location in relation to the beach. You are forced to drive down RT 1 to get into Rehoboth and it can take 15-20 min with traffic. That was not a factor for us growing up in the area and being familiar with the drive. I actually prefer the location for how quiet it is when compared to being in the heart of Rehoboth and the boardwalk. When you get home from beach at this location you feel more like being home. You also have the quiet and luxury of a massive clubhouse and pool that you wont find in other locations. Two big thumbs up and weve actually discussed finding a home of our own in this community, its that nice.

Great rental

This house is truly amazing! All the perks to just come in and relax are right there. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, TVs in every room, decks on every floor. The community is so well put together as well with tons of things to do and see. 3 pools, canoeing, hiking trails, great views and the cool signs that point out great picture ops!

This house was great for our family. The 5th bedroom on the first floor is really a den so the little ones had a playroom. The kitchen and dining room were big enough for all of us to sit for meals. We spent a lot of time in Bayside enjoying two pools, the gym, the restaurants and Freeman Stage. Hope to go back next year!

Steve was a great host and the house was wonderful.

My first reaction upon entering this home, was WOW! The pictures on-line did not do the home justice. It was SO spacious and open, allowing our group to interact (when desired, LOL). The adults really enjoyed talking and sharing wine on the screened in porch each evening and watching the golfers during the day. The home was immaculate and lacked for NOTHING. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in (three cooks in our group!) We also made quick use of the outside fridge (perfect beer and wine fridge). We grilled 6 racks of ribs on the outdoor grill, which was fantastic! Of the 10 in our group, 6 rode bikes at various times, from trips to play golf, to the clubhouse for lunch. The shuttle to the beach was an easy walk as was the pool. We all agreed that we would return. This was perfect for 4 kids and six adults (and one adult who crashed on the sleeper for a few nights). The stay was exceptional!

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean! The owner was great - sent a reminder to put the garbage out and checked with me twice to be sure it was going well.

It was a lovely (quiet) property in a super well maintained development with all of the amenities a family could want including access to several pools, kayaking, paddle boards and a super handy beach shuttle service.

This is a great spot. Our family filled up the place for a week in the summer and had a blast. The amenities (definitely get the passes) were perfect for our little girls. We made s'mores every night over the fire pit (what a cool little feature). I would recommend this place (and working with Steve in general) to anyone. 5 STARS*****
