Strict lead renter requirements - the lead renter must be 25 years of age or older, stay in the home every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.
* Strict no smoking
* Strict - occupancy limit as noted in the listingStrict no pets
* Strict - no senior week, student celebrations or loud parties
* Minimum reservation term is 6 nights per hoa rules. Must be Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day
* Must follow the HOA community rules
NOTE: If you do not follow one or more of these house rules noted above hen you agree that you may be evicted immediately with forfeiture of all money paid.
