Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Wonderful!!
We spent four days in Selbyville and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, large enough for everyone to fit comfortably and the amenities in the community were outstanding! Pools were great. Playground was great. The gym was great. The only disappointment was that it was a bit too windy and they werent launching any kayaks or paddleboards, so we werent able to do that. the house was well stocked with some necessary items, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with! We will come back again!

Beautiful vacation home for large groups
The home was very comfortable and suited our group of adults perfectly. We enjoyed the game room as well but can only imagine if we had children with us. It took us a bit to find our way around the community but eventually figured it out! We would definitely stay again.

My family loved this rental property! There was 10 of us with plenty of room. Close to pools, fitness activities and entertainment. House was clean and stocked with everything you would need. Linda was great to work with. Responded immediately with any questions. Would stay there again and highly recommend for other families and/or golfers.

One of our favorite family vacations
This is our second year staying at bayside. We absolutely love the community. It has something for everyone. We had 3 generations of family stay and every age group enjoyed themselves. Linda is a top notch host and the house is even nicer in person. We absolutely plan on coming back. Pop-pops 80th celebration!
We just returned from our stay at Bayside and we already want to go back! We truly enjoyed our stay, and the home was everything we hoped for. There was so much space for all 10 of us. The Bayside Community was so beautiful in itself. We loved walking & driving around and experiencing all of the amenities offered. There was no shortage of anything. Any concerns we had upon arrival, Linda the owner responded very quickly. The cleaners were so quick, we were able to get in nice & early which was great for mom-mom & pop-pop who had a long drive. Everything was so close, Fenwick, Bethany and OCMD, which was only a few minutes down the road! It was perfect. The kids and teens loved having the outdoor space in the garage, ping-pong being everyones favorite by far! We were there to celebrate pops 80th birthday and our stay simply did not disappoint. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Linda, for providing such an amazing space for our familys vacation

Beautiful and well equipped. Loved having a screened in porch and a deck for sun and shade. Quiet neighborhood. The community is just beautiful, amazingly kept up and don't miss eating at the golf course restaurant. Will definitely be returning.

Another great Thanksgiving stay
After a wonderful stay Thanksgiving week in 2020, we decided to do it again this year. Lifting some comments from my 2020 review... - no problem finding anything we needed in the kitchen (& the usual eclectic assortment of kitchen tools most vacation homes collect). - Living areas and bedrooms (including, thankfully, the beds) were all very comfortable, and the large dining room table easily seated all of us. - The garage game room got a ton of use. - beautiful, upscale neighborhood. Nice having the Harris-Teeter supermarket, CVS, and liquor store just a few minutes drive away too. All in all, we had another great stay.

Great house in a beautiful Resort!
We loved our stay at The Commons! We had two families with 4 children and had plenty of room for everyone to have a great trip. We loved going for walks around the community, swimming at the pool, playing tennis/ pickleball, and golfing at Bayside. The community has so much to offer! We drove up to Bethany Beach and also Ocean City Maryland to enjoy the waves and Boardwalk. Such a convenient location to so many places! We loved everything the house had to offer. It was clean, ample amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen and dining room were large enough for our group to have sit down dinners. The game room was a great addition. We broke the previous listed high score on the basketball game with 132 points! Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful house! We cant wait to stay here again next year!

Third time back!!
Returning for our 3rd visit says it all. Linda is super easy to deal with, the house is clean, spacious, and the location is great. We caught 9 fish at the pier in the development and love the pools. 3 generations played the basketball game constantly- if you beat 115 (my high score), good for you! We're looking forward to our fourth time back soon!
