This house is large and spacious with 3 full baths and 4 bedrooms..to accomodate many guests comfortably..the entire house is modern and beautiful with many amenities..it is close to at least 4 beautiful beaches and 2 local towns that have many restaurants and shops to visit..it is also close to the lewes ferry so a visit to beautiful Cape may can be an optional day trip! It has a beautiful backyard with a large modern outdoor kitchen and a nice large couch and table and 2 umbrellas! It also has a nice cable selection for TV viewing..the complex has a wonderful pool and clubhouse that has weekly lunch and dinner specials so if you want to stay close you can!

Had a wonderful stay here with family! The home is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The community clubhouse was only a short walk away with so many fun amenities for my toddler (large outdoor playground, kid play room and pool/splash pad area) and for my husband and I as well (infinity pool, jacuzzi, Pool table and shuffle board.) Location made it quick and easy to get into town, to the store or to one of the local beaches. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this warm and cozy Delaware home where the open floor plan and kitchen with its huge island and updated appliances immediately made us feel welcome. I loved the room with two comfy full beds that gave my brother and me plenty of space, while my sister enjoyed her coffee next door on the balcony of the queen room. The large master suite with its king bed and private bathroom gave my oldest sister and her toddler their own private space. Best of all was coming back from the beach or pool to the backyard patio. So much fun playing the yard games and grilling! Hanging by the fire pit made it a relaxing retreat wed happily recommend to any family.

We had a great experience renting this house. The property was clean, well- maintained, beautiful decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, and the landlord was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The house had all the necessary amenities, and the move-in process was smooth. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

My friends and I spent a delightful weekend in mid-July in this spacious house in a tranquil community in Lewes, Delaware. The multi-level home was elegantly decorated and comfortable with a relaxing outdoor space. There is a terrific community center just a stroll away with pools and activities. It is close to the historic town and all it has to offer. I highly recommend it!

I have stayed at 19267 Cavendish Way in Lewes several times. The home is beautiful and well maintained. Every detail is truly well thought out.
The home is large with two master bedrooms, all the
bedrooms have very comfortable beds and are nicely decorated. It's the perfect set up for a large or extended family with a lovely yard area.
The community areas are also very nice with both an indoor and outdoor pool and children's play area.
This is a perfect home to stay in for the summer.

This beautiful home which is conveniently located near some of Delaware's best beaches features a state- of-the-art kitchen, an open-concept living area and elegantly decorated rooms.
The well-manicured private backyard space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Each level has nicely styled bedrooms and bathrooms which can easily accommodate family members and friends. I was extremely thrilled to have stayed in this gem of a retreat.
