The house was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved it, especially the air hockey. I would highly recommend and hope to stay at this house again next year!

We loved this townhome and community. We had everything we needed - a pool was in walking distance and the house came with some bikes so we could get around so easily. The house is beautiful and made us all comfortable relaxing at the kitchen and open concept living area. We also had the loft area for a little escape time. We loved sitting on the deck and admiring the sunset. Would definitely recommend this place and we will come here every year.

This rental is amazing! Everything about this place deserves 5 stars! The rooms were clean and spacious. The home was a lot bigger than what the pictures showed, The only issue we had, turned out to be a positive, When we arrived the battery in the smoke was going dead, so the detector kept chirping. I called the service line and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Now onto the fun stuff... The beach is maybe 5 miles away, but I highly recommend paying the $10 and go to the Fenwick Island State Park if you want to have a beach day. It's less crowded and they have restrooms for the public. The home is a mile drive through the neighborhood to get to the grocery store; which meant we didn't have to fight through the beach traffic. On the weekends they have live music which you can pay to see or you could just sit outside the stage area and listen to the music.

The perfect rental for a girls trip! This townhouse was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to and to set up for happy hours!
This was my first time in bayside and I loved it. You can walk or ride a bike everywhere, theres a grocery store nearby, pools, a gym, and the clubhouse with a restaurant. If you want to go to the beach its a short drive and there is plenty of parking, bathrooms, food, etc. would definitely rent this home again! 5 stars!!
