Overall, the stay was very nice. The place is larger than it seems in the pictures, it was perfect for our four-person trip. Location is good, the place itself is in a large vacation-housing neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful outdoors, with a pond and fountain around the back of the place. Theres a Food Lion and Harris Teeters grocery store within 10 mins, Fenwick Island (Delaware beach) is 15-20 mins, Ocean City, Maryland is 20-40 depending on traffic. The host was very responsive, they got back quickly and cleared up any questions/concerns I had.
As for complaints, the garage was not big enough for two cars. We couldnt even fit one in there. There was at least a driveway to park on, though. Secondly, it was not the cleanest. My biggest issue was the master bath shower floor and trash/recycle being left in the bins.
I would suggest this find to others. I am satisfied with the trip and will most likely stay again in the future.

The pictures were very accurate description of the house. The location was beautiful, the neighborhood was peaceful and close to almost everything. The beach was 10 minutes away, grocery store at the end of the neighborhood, the kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking.

This house is very nice and spacious. Lots of decks. Comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Walk to the pool. The pool is awesome. The passes felt pricy but I think worked into the overall price of the rental it was well worth it. Its so so nice there and we felt like we were at a resort. There are two pools and a lot of play areas for kids and water features. And a snack bar, a bar, a hot tub. Lots of lounge chairs. The bathrooms are indoor full locker rooms clean and comfortable. We went to the beach two days but we went to the pool every day and we all commented how great we thought this house was. If I had to say anything negative I would say they should add another love seat or lounge chair in the living room bc our whole group couldnt sit comfortably at night-the dining room seats 8 and is in that room but those chairs are not comfortable for watching a movie etc. We loved it and will definitely look here again.

Large townhouse in a great community just 10 minutes drive to the beach! Plenty of room for the seven of us and our dog. 3 bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom on the entry level with a full bath. The kitchen, dining and living room are on the second floor. The outdoor porches are very nice, especially the ones out front. Lots to do in the neighborhood but the amenity fees are kind of pricey. I guess it will be worth it if you use the pool everyday youre there. We learned this last year when we stayed in this neighborhood so this year we didnt bother. If stairs are an issue for anyone in your party this place will be challenging for them. Otherwise, the house is beautiful and spacious along with having everything you may need especially in the kitchen. Well worth the money on this one!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Exactly as pictured. We had issues with the TVs not working- Vacasa was very responsive and showed up within 2 hours - we found out cable is only available on the TV in the living room. The home is located within 15-20 mins of the beach. Research the amenities passes before purchasing. The shuttle only runs weekends and the pools close at 7pm. Worth the purchase if staying a full week, but not so much if your stay is shorter. I would recommend this home and definitely book it again.

The following refund policy will apply if home is booked on BethanyBeachHomeRentals website:
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.
A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund. **
** The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.
Note: If the home is booked on another website then the cancellation policy will apply that is posted on that other website.
