We had a family gathering here during Christmas. My son has special needs and prefers not to be interrupted; he feels most comfortable having his own space. Because of that, extended family gatherings can sometimes be challenging. This house, however, was truly special for our family. The basement has a spare mattress and a full bathroom, which allowed my son to have his own kingdom. Having that private space made a huge difference and allowed everyone to relax and enjoy our time together much more.

I had experience of living this beach house for a few days with a group of friends back in early September, 2025. The house is very tall and decorated with taste. It is clean, comfortable and convenient ( in the proximity to the beach and readiness for family cooking). The full glassed sunroom is cozy and spacious, a nice space for the morning sunshines ,evening moon nights as well as for relaxing and intimate chat . I already recommended it to my son ( and his friends) for future beach trips.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house. The location is very convenient only 5 minutes to the outlet. The home is spacious, bright, and extremely clean, and everything feels brand new. Each room is thoughtfully designed with its own unique color and theme, giving the house a stylish and welcoming feel. I especially loved my room, decorated in sky blue and white, featuring a very special princess bed with a white bird detailit was truly beautiful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

This house is absolutely stunningbeautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Our family stayed here for one night together with two other families, and the large house was perfect for a wonderful gathering. The kids happily played throughout the house, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Walmart, outlet stores, and Starbucks. We went to the beach and enjoyed a hike in Cape Henlopen state park together. The home's dcor, wall art, plates, and collections all reflect an ocean theme, making it feel as though you are truly surrounded by the sea. It almost felt like I could smell the ocean while staying there. Highly recommend this place!
