This home has the following parking options available for your use.

• Garage Parking
  • 2 Car Garage is available for the parking of 2 Full Size Passenger Vehicle
  • Has 6 beach chairs and beach wagon for rental guest usage.
• Driveway Parking 
  • Double-wide Driveway - Accommodate 2 Full Passenger Vehicle.
  • Cars parked in driveway can NOT block sidwalks. 
• Street Parking 
  • Street parking is only permitted on the Sidewalk Side of the Street and can not block driveways.
• Community parking is also available in the clubhouse parking lot. 
• Please prioritize the use of the garage and driveway parking over street and clubhouse parking lot.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have security camera(s)  and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. 

Arbor-Lyn: The community has a beautiful new clubhouse and outdoor pool.   This community is 4 miles to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. Near Rte 1: Turn on Rte 1  “Left for Lewes” and “Right for Rehoboth” with ease allowing you to enjoy both beach towns! Both towns offer amazing locally-owned restaurants with something for everyone, Rehoboth is the hub of Delaware’s “Culinary Coast”. Take advantage of tax-free shopping at the famous Tanger Outlets or shop the unique local boutiques in downtown Lewes Beach, Savannah Beach and Rehoboth Beach. Our community offers an incredible coastal clubhouse and outdoor pool and grills !

Strict House Rules:

• Strict lead renter requirements - the lead renter must be 25 years of age or older, stay in the home every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.

  * Strict - occupancy limit as noted in the listingStrict no pets
  * Strict - no senior week, student celebrations or loud parties
  * Minimum reservation term is 6 nights per hoa rules. Must be Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day
  * Must follow the HOA community rules 

NOTE:  If you do not follow one or more of these house rules tnoted above hen you agree that you may be evicted immediately with forfeiture of all money paid.
