Great Location
In the real estate business, we have a saying - Location, location, location! "Luna Sea" (cute name for a beach house by the way) is central to everything. The house was just a couple miles from downtown Rehoboth and its beaches, and just a couple miles from downtown Lewes and its beaches. Not to mention we could get to several stores, restaurants, movies, and even mini golf, without even getting on Rt. 1. Besides the awesome location - the spacious home and its lovely decor were perfect for a family beach vacation. The outdoor space, built in BBQ, the extra kitchen in the basement, the fenced yard for the young kids, and being so close to the pool were all added bonuses. This realtor approves and would recommend this great beach house to other families.

Super Pet Friendly
Not all vacation homes allow dogs, and even fewer have a fenced in yard! It was so convenient to be able to just let our pup out to play and do his business. No early morning or rainy walks required! Not only did our dog enjoy his vacation house, we did too! There was plenty of room for our family of 5, AND the grandparents. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, including comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We had some epic cookouts on the built-in gas grill and enjoyed the outdoor space on the patio and screened in porch. When we weren't at the beach, it was handy to have the community pool so close-by for the kids. We'd love to come back next summer! Five stars!

Perfect For Two Families
It's not always easy to find a space that suits two families. The full basement was like it's own separate 2 bedroom apartment with it's own living area and kitchen which worked out great. Even better, we could send the kids downstairs to play or watch movies on the giant TV, while the adults enjoyed wine on the relaxing screened in porch, complete with a ceiling fan to keep things cool. We loved the beachy decorations and higher end finishes in this home too, and everything was clean and new. That's exactly what you want in a vacation beach house. The provided beach chairs and beach cart came in handy too! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
