Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
- Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
- The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

My family and I had such a wonderful time in this house! The place was absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything we needed, with just the right amount of space for us! Steve was an amazing host and has done such a great job at making this house feel like a home! In our 30 years of coming to Delaware this place was truly the best, we cant wait to come back next year!

We have rented through Steve for our family beach trip for at least 6 years straight. It is always an easy process to book a home and see the details of the stay. One year when we had an issue with something at the house a quick call to Steve and he had someone there to fix it.

Everything was so easy and communicated clearly. Its nice to arrive and have the code to enter the house rather than a site to go pick it up. We were able to order the bedding and towels and have them on the porch when we arrived and just put them back on the porch when we left. Its so much easier than bringing it with us and taking it back.
The listings are clear about all the amenities and what we needed to do before arrival.
It also listed extra items we would have had to bring like a port-a-crib and highchair.
It was convenient to get to restaurants, shopping and the beach.
This house was centrally located to walk to the pool, the point, the clubhouse, Freeman Arts Pavilion and the shopping center with Harris Teeter and the ice cream shop. We really enjoyed the kitchen amenities. It was stocked with anything we could have needed to make the fanciest of meals. We had a group of 12 which included 4 couples and 4 children, and this worked out great.
