Linens Package Option
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 
The Linens Package includes the following items:
1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count  
Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have security camera(s)  and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Recreational Passes to use the Arbor Lyn pool and clubhouse were $35-$45 per pass as of 2023.

Arbor-Lyn: The community has a beautiful new clubhouse and outdoor pool.   This community is 4 miles to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. Near Rte 1: Turn on Rte 1  “Left for Lewes” and “Right for Rehoboth” with ease allowing you to enjoy both beach towns! Both towns offer amazing locally-owned restaurants with something for everyone, Rehoboth is the hub of Delaware’s “Culinary Coast”. Take advantage of tax-free shopping at the famous Tanger Outlets or shop the unique local boutiques in downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Our community offers an incredible coastal clubhouse and outdoor pool and grills !

* Strict lead renter requirements - the lead renter must be 25 years of age or older, stay in the home every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.

* Minimum reservation term is 6 nights per hoa rules.
