For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.
The Linens Package includes the following items:
Driveway and garage parking is available. Street parking is also permitted as long as driveways are not blocked and cars in driveways do not block the sidewalks. There is additional spill over parking vailable at the clubhouse which is just a 2 minute walk from your home.
Community Clubhouse and Outdoor Pool Access
A Key Fob is provided in the home that will allow you access to the Community Clubhouse and Outdoor Pool.

Arbor Lyn is located near multiple beaches including Rehoboth Beach, Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park beaches. Many, many restaurants, Tanger outlets, multiple microbreweries, Jungle Jims waterpark, Junction and Breakwater bike/hike trail, miniature golf, movies, bowling... all under 2 miles from your home for the week.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
New Construction: This is a new home in a new community and as a result there may be some construction taking place during your stay. All of the homes on the block and in the immediate area have been completed.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have security camera(s) and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.
COVID-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

We love this house. My kids loved running around the basement and the big screen TV and sofa is great for rainy days at the beach whilst I played pool with my friends.

We had a fantastic vacation in Rehoboth Beach and this gorgeous new house was a huge part of it! The owners have thoughtfully outfitted the property with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large gourmet kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare meals and snacks at home. All of the amply sized bedrooms have super comfortable beds and large screen TVs. Our kids loved the large basement and camped out down there most of the time. The location is absolutely perfect, quiet enough for a restful vacation yet close to everything that Rehoboth and Lewes has to offer. This house is the perfect vacation spot, we will definitely be back!
