  • Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Linens Package Option
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:
  • 1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
    • Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
  • 1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count  
    • Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
  • 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
  • FREE Delivery and Pickup
  • All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
  • Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.  

Lease Agreement

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

Property
The coastal club provided an incredible location for my extended family with children ranging from 8 months - 10 years. With something for everyone we had a calm, relaxing stay. If I could find a complaint it was the cost of the passes for the amenities. The swim up bar/restaurant was only open and accessible for 12 hours of the entire week. it felt a bit much much to charge $95 per person for a pool alone in addition to the house rental. I would consider crunching the #'s to see if the weekly pass is worth it now that I know more. They do have daily options as well. Back to the good stuff. the house was INCREDIBLE. beautiful, immaculate. Again small issue with the lack of supplies. However, I didn't anticipate needing to bring my own condiments and seasonings. These things were typically available in all previous rentals. The homes location was perfect we were able to gain access to essentials, beaches, parks, hiking trails and more with ease. I do warn all t-mobile users, service was almost non-existent. which could be a good thing depending on how you look at it ;) All in all a great trip. We definitely consider returning next summer.

* Strict lead renter requirements - the lead renter must be 25 years of age or older, stay in the home every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.

* Strict - no senior week, student celebrations or loud parties
* Minimum reservation term is 6 nights per hoa rules.
* Must follow the HOA community rules 


Check In Process:   Drive directly to the home.  There is a smart lock on the front door with a keypad.   We will provide you with the code to the keypad (usually by text) approx. 1 week before your arrival.

Hold Harmless and Indemnity: Property Manager shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to Rental Guest and/or their guest(s), or their personal property due to Rental Guests acts, actions or neglect. Rental Guest agrees to hold owner and Property Manager harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to Rental Guests act or neglect or their guests’ act or neglect.  Property Manager is not responsible for any actions of other property owners or the home owners association (HOA).

Quiet Enjoyment: Rental Guest and their guests agree not to violate quiet enjoyment and
privacy of the surrounding neighbors. Property Manager and owner are not responsible for the actions of other property owners in the area, as we have no control over their actions.

Weather, Acts of God: Property Manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of God or nature that happen during Rental Guests stay on premises and no refunds will be made.

Unforeseen Conditions: If any unforeseen conditions or problems with the condo arise prior to or during TENANTS stay, OWNER reserves the right to either refund TENANTS payment pro-rate or place TENANT in a comparable house with the same amenities, bedroom, etc.. Such unforeseen conditions could be the following but are not limited to, hurricanes, storms, vandalism, flood, HOA rules, etc. OWNER assumes no responsibility for such unforeseen conditions.

Access: Rental Guest agrees to allow access to the house and property to Property Manager or Owner and his agents upon 4 hours’ notice by telephone or in person. Agents include but are not limited to plumbers, electricians, rental companies, pest inspection, etc. Property Manager reserves the right to inspect the premises and condo interior upon 4 hours’ notice to Rental Guest. Rental Guest agrees not to deny access. If Rental Guest refuses to allow access to Property manager or any agent designated by Property Manager, the Property Manager reserves the right to terminate the TENANTS vacation rental and
TENANT will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by OWNER and will forfeit the
rental payment.

Safety: Rental Guest acknowledges and agree that they are responsible for the safety of
themselves, their guests and their children with respect to the pool, the deck areas, and the
premises. Rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to hold harmless from any injuries to them or their guests. It is understood that there may not be a lifeguard and that supervision is their responsibility.   Rental Guest understands that there is no hard wired phone (land line) inside the home and that Rental Guest is responsible for making all calls including emergency and 911 calls on their own phones (not provided by Owner).

Illegal Drugs and Under Age Drinking: Under no circumstances shall any illegal drugs be allowed on the property.   Rental Guest understands that possession and use of any such substance is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment. Rental Guest further waives any and all rights to recourse against the Property Manager for enforcing this clause. Also, no illegal alcohol consumption is allowed to take place on the Property. 

Rental Guest Responsibilities: All occupants are required to perform "Normal" household duties that include, but are not limited to:
• Garbage removal into trash containers located in the garage
• Cleaning of individual and guest dishes
• Duty of notification to Property Manager of any significant damages or problems with the property
• Locking of all doors and windows prior to Rental Guest leaving the Property.


Cancellations:
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit, then Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing to Owner. 

A) A cancellation notice received by Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. 

B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 7 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund.

C) A cancellation notice received less than 7 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund.  Refunds will be limited to taxes, cleaning fees (if any) and linen charges (if any).
