This spacious 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home is the perfect beach retreat!   

As you enter, you are greeted by a wide entry foyer with vaulted ceiling, a private Den to your left, a dining room with custom table for 12 on your right and straight ahead, blue water and palms trees...The Great room features a custom painted mural, walls of windows and a gas fireplace-a retreat for any season.

The eat-in Kitchen has 2 island bar-tops, a full size pantry, a complete appliance package including a gas-stove, and wood cabinetry with plenty of storage. Along the hallway is a powder room, laundry room/garage entry and a 1st Floor Suite. The Suite features a large walk-in closet and full bath with separate walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity and full size linen closet.

Upstairs you will find another Suite w King Bed, with huge walk-in closet and full bath with tub/shower combination, double vanity and double linen closet. Three more good size bedrooms and another full bath complete the second floor.

Oversized screened porch and deck that overlook a peaceful pond in the back of the home and a covered porch on the front of the home.

What means summer more than sand between your toes??? Rinsing them off in the outdoor shower!

This lovely home is in the community of Wedgefield, which features an outdoor pool available for you at no additional cost!

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

• 1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
  • Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
• 1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count  
  • Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
• 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
• FREE Delivery and Pickup
   
• All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
   
• Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
   
• Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Parking:  Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.  
The home has a 2-4 car driveway and a 2 car garage available for parking.  In addition, there are unassigned parking spaces in the large parking lot next to the Clubhouse.

"Welcome" Email
You will receive a "Welcome" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home.  Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement: Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

Linens: The homeowners will provide mattress pads, pillows and comforters while our rental guests can decide to either bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels or rent locally from Gale Force Rentals.

House Rules:
* Strict: The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group. 
* Strict no pets 
* Strict no smoking 
* Strict occupancy shall not exceed that posted for this home 
* Strict no loud parties or student celebrations 
* You must adhere to the community / HOA rules. 
* If you do not abide by the house rules, you can be evicted from your vacation home with forfeiture of all monies paid (so please do not break the house rules).
