The first floor features a gorgeous coastal inspired master suite with a full bathroom, a family room with a flat screen tv, a large dining table, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. There is also a screened in porch with access to the patio which includes a private gas grill.
The second floor offers the loft with a flat screen tv, 4 more bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms upstairs are also master suites. The house includes high speed wifi, cable, central air conditioning and heat, washer, dryer, new premium mattresses and furnishings, and more!
Located in the award winning community of Bayside which offers 3 outdoor pools with snack and tiki bars, and a kids splash zone, an Olympic size indoor pool, both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center with an aerobics room and saunas, clay and asphalt tennis courts, fishing pier, kayak launch, pickleball and basketball courts, Signatures restaurant with a virtual sports simulation room, Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, walking and nature trails, and the award winning Freeman Stage, and much more. Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.
Cancellation Policy:
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.
The following refund policy will apply:
A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund. **
** The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.
AMENITIES PASSES: Amenities are an extra charge at Bayside.
Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Bayside is a waterfront golf resort community offering a quiet escape just minutes to the beach, and a short drive to Ocean Downs where you can experience a night out cheering for your horse trotting to the finish line. The Ocean Downs Casino features gaming tables, slots and much more. Another must see is the Assateagues Island of Wild Horses also minutes away and Delaware offers "tax-free" shopping. Be sure to visit the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth just north of Bayside. We have fabulous amenities too including our 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with pro shop and newly opened 38 Degrees Bar and Grille at the Point on the water overlooking a beautiful view of the Ocean City skyline.
This resort features even more to challenge the mind, body and spirit, including the Freeman performing arts stage featuring performances throughout the summer (at an additional cost), shoreline nature trail, fresh water catch & release fishing ponds stocked yearly, community pier and the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center, with outdoor pools, tennis courts, exercise facility, 20-person hot tub Kids' Splash Zone, volleyball courts, picnic and playground area. We had a fantastic stay. Home is as advertised, and hosts are very friendly and accessible. Great proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, Fenwick Island and beaches. Bayside resort amenities were awesome for our family with kids ages 2, 6 and 10. Very relaxing vacation. We will absolutely be back!

My family and friends are very happy with our stay in this house. It was such a wonderful experience since this is our first time staying at Bayside. We have stayed in different areas in Delaware, but so far, this house is one of the best! We have experienced minor issues but they all went above and beyond what is expected of them. The owner even came to make sure that all is well. The house has everything we need. They have provided us with a sufficient supply of paper goods including cups, plates, toilet papers, paper towels, etc. The pool area is very clean and beautiful. The entire community is safe and has a lot of things/activities to offer for the whole family. Expect nothing but superb accommodation from the host.
