Prepare your favorite meals in the well-appointed kitchen equipped with all the comforts of home. Cook outdoors on the Napoleon gas grill- perfect for family barbeques! The private upstairs loft boasts a large sectional sofa with a chaise, flat screen TV, and a foosball table - it’s perfect for movie or game nights with the family.  The TVs are connected to cable TV along with access to Netflix, Disney+ and many more aps using your IDs and passwords.   This is your new home away from home. Be ready to create some memories!

4 Bedrooms on the Main Floor!:  This home features a layout with 4 of the 5 bedrooms on the main floor.  It's essentially a single level house with a loft suite.
 
Smart home features include Ring doorbell and smart lock. Smart technology provides you with peace of mind while maintaining your privacy.

No City Taxes    This home at Ocean View Beach Club is located in a section of the community that is not in the City Limts of Ocean View - That Means you do not have to pay 5% City Taxes at this home that you would have to pay at many other home rentals in the community:

Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

• 1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property's Maximum Overnight Occupancy
  • Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
• 1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property's Bed Count  
  • Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
• 1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
• FREE Delivery and Pickup
• All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
• Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
• Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.  
The home has a 2-4 car driveway and a 2 car garage available for parking.  In addition, there are unassigned parking spaces in the large parking lot next to the Clubhouse.

"Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Ocean View Beach Club Community.  Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

POOL - Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day, renters (age 6 and over) must purchase renter wristbands for $38 per person per week. Acces cards are provided by the home.  Discounts for longer-term renters may be available. For more info, contact the Clubhouse Committee at [email protected]. To purchase a wristband, stop by the clubhouse office during business hours. The clubhouse is open every day from 5 am to 10 pm.  The outdoor pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm in season, from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.

* Strict: The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.

* Strict occupancy shall not exceed that posted for this home

* You must adhere to the community / hoa rules. 
* If . you don't abide by the house rules, you can be evicted from your vacation home with forfeiture of all monies paid (so please don't break the house rules).
