Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

- FREE Delivery and Pickup
- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
- Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
- The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.
- Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

This was the perfect house for our family and my sisters family. The location was ideal - a short drive to the beach, on-site pool
and great restaurants. With four adults and four children, we had more than enough space. The house is beautiful with modern furnishings and lots of natural light. We cooked throughout our stay and I liked that the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of plates, utensils, coffee mugs, pots, pans, and even kid-friendly cups and plates. The kids loved the loft area. It was nice having two living areas with TVs so kids and adults could enjoy watching TV and movies separately. Wifi was strong throughout the house and easily supported all of our devices. The screened in porch was our favorite hangout spot in the morning and after dinner. We look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here last summer and the house was great. Very clean, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Two master bedrooms both with king beds and en suite bathrooms make it perfect for two families. Our kids loved the loft area and bunk bed room. We especially liked the screened in porch for relaxing with our coffee in the morning. We had a few questions and the hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. The house has extras like a ping pong table and a few bikes. The house is in a great location, we could bike or walk to the pool and the restaurant at the point. We are staying here again this summer and can't wait to get back there. (Leslie B)

Steves listing is clean, inviting, and great for a larger group. We were a party of 7 and there were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. We were about a 15 minute drive from Fenwick Island, and not much further from Ocean City. It was also super convenient having dish ware and appliances ready to go not to mention all the beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) provided in the garage as well. I would highly recommend this space and hope to stay here again!

Our family of four, along with another family of four, recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house and it was one of the best vacation experiences we've had. We loved the surrounding community and well-maintained property.
The house itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for our families to relax and enjoy ourselves. The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, with high-quality linens and comfortable mattresses that ensured we all got a good night's sleep.
But what really sets this beach house apart is its location. Just a short drive to the ocean and located within a beautiful beach community including pools, dining, and entertainment. In addition to the beach, the house is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops, so we were able to easily explore the local area and enjoy some delicious seafood and other treats.
Overall, we would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. The beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities all made for an unforgettable experience that we will certainly repeat again soon!
