- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Amazing home, Decor beautiful, nice and clean. location not far from everything. We spend alot of time in airbnb, this was one of my favorites. I left my phone in the house and had to return to the home after checkout time, contact Steve he was available and was very helpful in retrieve my phone.

Property was in great shape and highly consistent with the description. There were even amenities that were not in the description (e.g., bicycles, pack-and-play, etc.), but you might want to confirm these are present if critical to your experience. Although not directly on the beach we really liked the location-very safe area, walkable to the pool/gym and supermarket, an ice cream shop, and Italian restaurant. Easy drive to the beach. We liked the layout because grandparents could take the master on the main floor while all the noisemakers (kids) and parents could be upstairs. Open concept kitchen, dining, and family room made socializing easy.

We loved everything about the Bayside community! The house was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The pools were fantastic, though the outdoor pool with splash pad was difficult to find the first day.
Super impressed with the turnaround time to fix the towel ring in the guest bathroom upstairs. We did the Delaware State beaches, which was about a 20 minute drive, not bad. The community does offer a beach shuttle on various days to Fenwick, though with all of our kids I wasnt sure if it would fit all of our beach stuff so we just drove in ourselves. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family trip was one of the best we have ever had! The house was beautiful and location is amazing! 10 minute drive to beach, shuttle available, grocery store in walking distance, 3 beautiful pools and awesome golf course. Steves staff was so helpful and had wonderful communication:) We are looking forward to booking in bayside next year! Book this house you will not be disappointed!

The house is new and clean and set up for adults. All the beds are queen or king. Plenty of seating and 2 separate gathering spaces for watching TV, talking or playing games. I would not hesitate to rent here again.
