The Maximum Overnight Occupancy for this home is 13 people.
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Bear Trap Dunes Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bear Trap Dunes Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Parking
Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first. At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use.
Bethany Beach
Bear Trap Dunes is located just 3 miles to Bethany Beach. Take the Bear Trap Dunes beach shuttle which runs from the resort to Bethany Beach and back, from morning to early evening, 7 days per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

- All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
- Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
- Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

We had a lovely stay at Steves place. Steve was very quick to answer and help resolve any issues we had.
The neighborhood is quiet & a short drive to the beach. With the house being an end unit, it feels private on one side with the trees. We enjoyed the screened in porch out back along with sitting out on the open patio.
The grill and appliances worked well. The cupboards are stocked well with cookware, plates, etc. There was no coffee maker except for a small Keurig so if you are big coffee drinkers like we are, you will want to bring your own.
The place is spacious and comfortable. So nice to have so many bathrooms!
We would definitely come back.

So Steves place is great. Good for familes and groups. Beach is a 5 min drive and is a great value. Plates, bowls and utensils are all there in the kitchen. Great outdoor space and playground is right around the corner for the kiddos

We booked for a girls weekend and our stay was fantastic! Although this is not a beachfront area, it is conveniently located just a few miles from the boardwalk and public beach area. The value was outstanding for this size house, lots of parking, everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Steve was a great host! Communication was on point and response time efficient. The home was spacious, beautiful and in an excellent quiet location. We were a family of 8 adults and children. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our space but also a nice open space to gather! Porch outback looked lovely. A little too chilly to enjoy right now though! Beds comfy. Home clean. We have two more weddings to attend in this area over the next two years and would absolutely return! Thanks for everything!

We loved this spacious well equipped condo. Truly a home away from home experience. Beds were very comfortable and well equipped with entertainment in every room. I have a scrapbooking group with 7 other ladies. We have been renting this house for 11 years. Beth and Steve Gilbert are wonderful to work with and very acommodating. We always rent in the off season so it is very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this house to everyone.
