- Minimum Rental Period: 2 Consecutive Nights Except July & August Rentals Which are 1 Week in duration.
- Jumbo Row Home Rates: Add 10% onto prices w 10 or more people
- Rentals Less
Than 1 Week Can Start and End on Any Day, So Long as There Is Availability.
- Weekly rentals in July and August run
from Saturday – Saturday.
- Holidays Rent at Slightly Higher Rates (Call for details)

40% Deposit. The Balance is due 60 days prior to the check-in date.
